      Lennar advertises that they have warranty on their homes they sell you. If you have a problem you are supposed to go to the website and file a request for service. I have made several requests since February 2021 my move in and they refuse to respond. It is now going on 7 months and our warranty is almost expired. So they advertise a warranty but just wait till it's expired and don't address any problems. Our fence keeps falling, we have a cracked tub and wall, our drive way is wrong and we have to drive off the crib to exit out drive way, our attic is filling with dryer lint which is a fire hazzard, we have multiple spots on the carpet and flooring that are lifting, the screens on the windows are too small and bugs come in the home, the air conditioning is not operational in some rooms, we were never giving directions on how to work the home wifi, or lights, there are sooooooooooooo many requests we have put in which have never been addressed.

So I lied and stated that after I put on the maintenance request and received a confirmation email to the correct email somehow it was changed to a completely different email even though my email has been on file with Lennar since September 2020. Lennar is a dishonest lying company. I have emails to back this up. Instead of admitting fault on your own behalf you made up some lie about having the wrong email. Please check all correspondence since September 2020 and they all have the correct email. Please check all work request they all have the correct email. All this is distracting from the point that you have not addressed any maintenance request since February 2021.

      I have entered 3 warranty claims to get an cable/internet outlet fixed in my new home. I moved in the home on July 14 and am very disturbed that in 2 months of moving in, Lennar is incapable of making a simple fix. The painter came out and said the outlet is an electrical problem. I never heard anything back, so I entered another warranty claim and an electrician came out and said its a drywall fix. So I entered another claim and someone was supposed to come on Sept. 10 and never showed. I followed up with the customer care representative, who is super unresponsive. He says he'll get back to me the same day and never does. I also entered a separate warranty claim for an unusual sound in one of the bedroom ceilings, I took videos of the sound which I sent to two separate Lennar care reps, spoke to their virtual call center rep, and have not had anyone follow up to come out and check on the claim.

Mrs. *****'s case is such that not only was it misdiagnosed twice, but the notes provided to the Customer Care Representative were also incorrect. Lennar promptly responded to this inquiry and was able to properly inspect and reassess the item. The item was not only diagnosed but was completed within 1 day of the inspection. The additional request regarding the noise is already an existing case, and with the video information provided by the homeowner can now be properly accessed. It has been scheduled for repair.       Dear BBB approximately in November 25th , 2020 my wife and I purchased a Pre - Contruction Unit or home located at XXXXX SW *** ave , Honestead ,Fl XXXXX .As a first thing, this house is not similar to the Model house that Lennar showed us at the beginning . This house has had the following problems in different ocasiones from day first until today , bathroom clogged, outside sewer pipes clogged causing flooding inside the house damaging a wood garage door , smoke detector going off several times , second plant univen or bumpy, slopped yard with a dramatic incline level , ( Lennar never Diclosed or informed us about it ) Defective Screen and Sliding Door with the lock , part of the yard has sunk and it is not the first time due to a construction work that they did after the house was built with a bulldozer ( Lennar never communicate that they will do this type of job in our property via Email or Mail ) Customer service is ineffective . How this house passed the Indpection?.

But after another big rain on September 1, more leaking inside and mor damage too. Then I reported to the builder. They said they would come to fix it soon. No one came. No one contact led me. More rains, more leaking keep happening. I have to send them more videos and pictures. No response. Today is Friday again, no one came out to contact me for our problems. This is a brand new house! The house just closed on Aug 16! Unbelievable! Bad quality and bad service!

They have been pretty good at fixing most of my concerns. Yet, there is one primary concern they have yet met. I complained about the standing water during the purchasing process in March 2021. I called the warranty department on or about May of 2021 and placed concern about the standing water, and at that time, they sent out a contractor that did not address the issue altogether. I still today have standing water just outside of my living room window. My house is built on Lake Conroe, so there are a lot of Mosquitoes out here. I do not want me or my guess to catch anything from a Mosquitoes bite. In July, I wrote a letter to Mr. ****** ****** (see attatchment), Lennar's Executive Chairman in Miami, FL. I have not heard from him or anyone in the Lennar chain of command.

      My closing date has been changed 3 times since I purchased a new home in Pahrump, NV back in March. I've received absolutely zero communication from the selling agent aside from wildly inappropriate videos sent to me in June. I spent months tracking down the construction manager to get any information at all. We reached out on 8/25/21 to find out if the latest closing date was still accurate and got a confirmation that we would be closing 9/20/21. Today, 13 days from closing the date it was changed again. We have already provided a written 30 day notice to vacate our current home. As of 9/25/21 myself, my husband, our 2 year old and 2 pets will be officially homeless with no family anywhere in the state. How can you old give 13 days notice when changing the closing date? To make things worse neighbors homes of the same model that have been behind us in development have now surpassed us. I do not understand these latest delays.

      We moved into ** Cartwheel upon purchase with a mutual understanding with your company that there are certain fixes that need to be addressed. To that end, my family and I have, to the extent possible, complied with the timings for the fixes set by your company. However, with the pandemic hitting in April of 2020, it seems as though our timings for additional fixes could not match up. Subsequently in May, we were told by your company that all activities are halted due to the pandemic. As the pandemic continued to worsen, we had to move back to Taiwan in May of 2020. During this year, we tried many attempts to continue the fixes as they are integral to our home being functional. Examples of such fixes that Lennar promised at close include the AC system being installed incorrectly, paints/redos not being completed, the Amazon smart home not being set up. However, now the response we received from your company that we are over the 1 year warranty and are no longer serviceable. Please help

      Hello I bought a house from Lennar 2 years ago. I submitted repairs that are requires to be fixed. They came for repair on a new construction house for more than 100 times. most of them were not fixed. and the one they fixed needed to be fixed again and again. Several things they supposed to fix and they refused to fix it even it was completely under warranty. Every time I asked them to come and fix something and they deny it or no shew they sent me an electronic document to sign and I did sign on the note they are going to fix what I asked them to fix. I found out it's like a scam. they considered the repair is done and it wasn't don. I then stopped to sign the document and each time I asked for a repair they do not do it. the following is the repair they supposed to complete and they haven't: 1. missing electronic devices for ***** which they supposed to leave it in the box in laundry room (missing) 2. the south brick wall wasn't completed. The devices for alexa supposed to be installed in the house before we moved in. there were no devices installed. I did receive the the devices, now Lennar needs to send someone to install them, then, I will call the Amazone to activate the program. This is the builders and the inspectors responsibilities to keep and install the devices because we paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for the house and Lennar said "everything is included". now they need to send someone to complete the job that was not completed to begin with. the picture are included of the lousy packaging of the devices they mailed to us. some of the boxes are damaged and open and poorly packaged. the second thing is the wall: the gate has nothing to do with the wall: the brick wall supposed to be extended so we can have some privacy between us and the neighbor. Again it was lack of competency from the builder who didn't finish the job. He was the builder not me; I paid for complete work but the work wasn't completed. the third is also painting the house 3 days before we moved in with grey and the outside the house with tan color. the two do not match. The house should be painted with grey from outside. we told the builder but he wasn't in the mood to listen. We definitely appreciate if the come and paint the outside of the house with grey. the third thing was the master bedroom bath tub; was installed and had a manufacture defect which the water accumulate in an area that causes stain; they came batched it and it's cracking two month ago. the next problem is the sidewalk in front of the house is dented from your bulldozers and left it without fixing it. all and more were reported whether were in writing or by calling or telling the site supervisors. again they came to the house more than 100 times to fix a lot of thing. the house wasn't even clean when we moved in; it was a dirty new construction and paint spots due to the lack of care and incompetency.       Signed contract in March, then Lennar delayed closing by two months. Finally, the week before closing, the salesperson surprised us with an HOA addendum. Would not have signed contract, if we had known about the addendum. Final kicker is that Lennar would not refund us the earnest deposit money, because it was our decision to cancel. We sent letter to ask for the $2000 earnest deposit, stating that the reason we cancelled was due to the HOA disclosure. No appeal process, no answer from sales manager. Very unethical business practice.
