The hotel has multiple listings of their rooms on AirBNB. Once my room was paid for through AirBNB, they required that you call a number listed in their "house manual" and insisted that I also send a personal email address in order to obtain additional information that was not in the AirBNB booking details. I did leave a voicemail and received no phone call back, the host also became unresponsive after requesting additional money for the room that was already paid for and that they had accepted terms for via from AirBNB. They refused to provide a hotel reservation number which was needed for the stay at the hotel. The host has yet to respond to my messages after they demanded additional money.Initial Complaint

Yesterday 4/22/2022 I worked a dental meeting at Hotel Arya. I Vallet my car at approximately 7:42am and picked up my car at 12:57pm by ****** the valet driver that worked that entire time that parked and damaged my car. The valet company Town ***** is the company Hotel Arya uses, but the damage occurred in the parking lot of the hotel so the hotel is responsible. The valet driver made a tight turn when retrieving my car and hit and scraped a metal pole painted yellow that went through the paint damaging the panel above the driver side front tire. Its freshly scraped with yellow paint. ****** the manager of Town ***** has confirmed those metal poles painted yellow are in the area my car was parked. ****** also said he was not paying for it. I would like the hotel to pay for my car to be repaired for the damages their careless valet driver did. Documents show no damage when car arrived. I drive a 2021 Black Audi SQ5.
