Pick Up We had a pickup window for three days. On the third day the movers called and said it would be one more day. We refused and the movers came out that evening. They highly suggested that they would work better if they were assured a tip. They came that evening, July 8, and finished packing the truck at 3:00 am July 9. We signed the papers dated July 8 and updated the receiving date to July 26. Loading the truck The truck was loaded with extra room at the top of the truck that could have been used. They measured the amount and the price of the move by the length of the items in the truck. They charged us almost double the amount of the quoted price. Receive our items We have had constant contact with the moving broker, Moving Services Team. We do not have correct contact information for the moving company, Easy Movers. The moving broker will not give us any other contact information. We have emailed the updated documents on July 14 and were requested to resend these documents on July 18. Which we did. We were told that the truck was loaded on August 10 and would be delivered 3-5 days after that. We were told that the truck was loaded on August 12 and would be delivered 3-5 days after that. We were told that the truck was loaded August 24 and would be delivered 3-5 days.We were told that our items were in transit on August 29 and to expect a call from the driver. We were told that our items were in transit on August 30 and to expect a call from the driver. We received a call on August 31 informing us that the truck was being loaded that day and we would receive a call for the items to be delivered 3 to 5 days after that.It has been 40 days since our first available date for delivery.
