This business falsely advertises their success rate towards immigration cases. I sought legal counsel on February, 2019. Their initial rate was of $3,500.00 to open my case and resolve it. Since then, 5 years later absolutely nothing has been resolved. I have paid upward of $12,000.00 with no resolution or even a glimmer of hope that my case will go anywhere. During the 5 years, their neglect impacted my petitioner, who happens to be my daughter. After thousands of dollars spent outside of the twelve thousand mentioned, she resolved what was left of her case on her end. Furthermore, as the years pass, my case seems stagnant unless I travel to ******* nothing gets done such as: sending immigration documents, updates via email, call, or letter. My case has been passed around to 3 attorneys, and every time they do, I have to pay previous fees Ive already covered, refile the same documents and start over from what has been covered since 2019. Its an exhausting, never ending cycle. The customer service is mediocre at best, attempting to speak to an attorney directly is difficult, and sometimes I wont hear back for days. I have receipt proof of everything Ive paid to the law group since 2019, all the documents I have sent and signed. I desperately seek resolution of some sort, a complete refund, due to the stress, inconvenience and false advertising I have been fed for the last 5 years, or an efficient attorney that will finally get my case moving.

Please be advised that on 06/03/2024 our supervising attorney, ***********************, spoke to client and informed of the status of the case. Client was not aware that her "Prosecutorial Discretion" case had been sent since 05/13/2024 to ********** of ******** and Security. Also, office is sending an inquiry to USCIS at no charge in order to obtain status of her I-130 pending. Client stated solution was favorable. We are willing to assist with anything further.
