      **** required a deposit of 50% of the total for 7 aluminum brackets wit rubber fenders for a dock, after 2 months of delays, i showed up at his place and he was very apologetic and blamed it on an employee stealing from him, and assure me he will have us the items by the end of the week, this never happened, again I showed up and got 5 of the brackets from him, but I had to go and buy the rubbers from the supplier,(he said he had no money I paid $1,300. for the rubber) he assured me he would have the other two pieces in 3 days, its been 3 wks. He charged me $267.50 per bracket, either the brackets or the money is what I want. Now I cant get a hold of him

      I called Accmar to buy a water pedestal for my boat dock. They do not offer the ability to purchase online. The employee said to send money via Zelle, as that is how they are set up for payment. I sent $246.32 on May 5, 2023. I was told by text that an email confirmation with order acknowledgment would be sent. It never was. I was told twice that I would receive email confirmation, which never came. I was told the pedestal would ship on May 11, and the employee apologized for the delay. On Friday, May 12, I was told the pedestal shipped, and I would be getting an email receipt. Nothing has happened , and I have not received the pedestal. I recontacted on May 16 and 17, with no response either time. Enclosed is the text string of communication

      We contacted Accmar Equipment beginning April 19 2021 inquiring about 30 amp pedestals via email. By April 29th we had a quote and email stating payment of half the cost would be acceptance of the quote. We sent a check for half the cost on May 6th and contacted them again via email on May 26th to insure the check had arrived. There was no response from Accmar. We were able to reach them by phone in July, which they estimated our new pedestals would ship and they assured us that they were just about to call to let us know they were getting ready to ship in a couple of days. When we received no shipment, we attempted to call and email several times without a response. We called from a cell phone in August and were able to get someone to answer. Again we were assured our order was about to ship. Since then we have not been able to get an answer and are in need of the product, which has delayed our project.

We need the original estimate # in order to track and see exactly what happened. We have no reason to not process and complete customer order. If for some reason it fell through the cracks we apologize and are wiling to rectify the situation. Also copy of the cancelled (processed) check that the customer sent to us would be helpful to track the payment. When they will not answer an email, phone call or voicemail from us we find it difficult to believe that they are "unaware" of an unfulfilled order.
