Placed order 2/11/2022 they received deposit of $7815.00 2/21/2022 told 90 days for delivery received text from salesperson ****** on 5/16/2022 they would deliver that week have had no communication with sales since have talked with person in office several times would leave message to contact me have told them for last 2 months want deposit back no response from anyone besides lady who answers phone she will pass on the message I have purchased and received dumpsters from other manufacturer have no need for these after 8 months with no communicationBusiness response

Hello everyone, my name is ***************************-owner of Tradewinds Mechanical LLC. We put an order in with IES to build us (8) rolloff containers of various sizes on April 27th, 2022. The agreement was that the containers would be completed in 6 weeks. After 5 weeks we tried to call our salesman to get a hard date so we could setup shipping. We were ghosted on several emails and phone calls. After several attempts to reach the salesman we contacted the office and talked to the secretary. The secretary seemed to be helpful at first but soon fell short on the promised dates. The results from the pushing date is a loss of revenue and lost contracts that we had promised our customers. On July 7th, 2022 I wrote an email canceling the order. I have recorded phone call with the owner Ozzy admitting that they forgot to manufacture our order and accepting the cancelation. I have been trying to collect our deposit of $21,527.00 since July 7th 2022. They have never refused repayment of the deposit. The owner (Ozzy), salesman and secretary fully admit the refund will be returned and I have recorded phone conversations to prove this. I won't go into all of the negative details from this transaction. But I will tell you that this experience has been so poor that I will never do business with this business or any of these individuals again. I never got the product I put the deposit down on. All I want back is my deposit. I am not open to any negotiations on accepting anything but the deposit I put down in good faith for the manufacturing of these containers.Business response

I am partially rejecting this response because: I have been told this everyday since July 7th, 2022. If the deposit will be in fact returned on July 25th like the response states then no harm no foul. If the deposit is not returned on July 25th then more correspondence with the Better Business Bureau and other government agencies will have to follow to remedy this issue. Thank you

Customer has been fully refunded, and I expect a full retraction of comments, because he cacelled because of other companies that have hurt I have not and will not stand for lies and will Have my attorneys contact there's if they do not retract, because he was very aware I was out and could not sign his check.Initial Complaint

i have wires this business$ ****** on **** 2022 and still have not received product (dumpsters) or money back also have been sent pictures of dumpsters that aren't mine and also was told it was a paint issue then the promised ship date 3 times and never shipped have waited on phone for hours to only get disconnected on there endBusiness response

We sent through a dumpster order for 8 30 yard containers on 6/11 and paid the full amount of $41,395 up front on 6/16. We were told a lead time of 4-6 weeks. It has now been over 4 MONTHS with nothing to show for it. They tell me they will call me back and never do. They have moved the delivery date multiple times. Three times they have said that the dumpsters will be shipped out on Tuesday, then it gets delayed until Wednesday, then it gets delayed until Friday. All to start the same process over the next week. I have asked for pictures of my dumpsters and only received pictures of unpainted dumpsters so no way of telling if they our actually ours. We have lost out on business because we did not have dumpsters we were supposed to have months ago.Business response
