Assurance Group of America brokered a commercial insurance policy for me, April 29, 2020 I had cancelled the policy August 3, 2020. I got reassurance from one Insurance Underwriter, that by September, funds will be refunded to financing company for the policy.From August 19, 2020 until January 2021, I sent ******** (AGA) several emails and made phone calls trying to get the status on the cancellation and refunds. Each conversation, ******** didn't have an answer for me until December 18, 2021 and even then, she didn't mention her part of the Agent fee being returned LATE AGA is responsible for the contract getting paid back to the ************** (ETI) late. I was charged over $500 in late fees I requested a breakdown of my accounting December 15, 2020 to ******** (AGA) and she ignored me then.She only just started to respond to me after I submitted a complaint with Federal Agencies.I have been denied proper Financial accounting for the held policies and the companies ignore me and tell me to get it from my Agent (AGA) or log into my account online, there's no breakdown there. Attached is the breakdown of the payments after cancellation Notice that the checks and refunds were credited well after August and September when they were promised. AGA fees were documented 2020 October, November, December and 2021 January, effectively causing my account to accrue late fees. It was 6 months, (in March 2021) that I finally received a refund check from **************** Meanwhile, fees and charges were accruing.I still haven't received a response, to this day from *************** for my request for a breakdown of their financial records.
