I purchased insurance from *******************, ****** ********************* Insurance Company, through a SEBANDA agency in *************, *******, ******* specifically agency #**. More than a month ago they sent me a communication via WhatsApp from cell phone ************ to renew my insurance with an unsustainable increase, so I decided to change insurance companies.I told the SEBANDA agency and they told me that to cancel the policy I had to show them that I already had another policy, I told them that was not the case, and that I could cancel my policy on my own. They sent me an email with a change in the payment method so that the insurance company could not charge me. I told them that this couldn't be because that is like accepting a renewal that I had not requested and that would leave me in a bad situation since they would cancel my policy due to non-payment. They told me that's how it worked.On March 3, I contacted ******************** **** at ************ to cancel my policy. I was assisted by *************** who asked me to send a written letter in my handwriting to her email. ************************ which I followed to the letter. I never received any confirmation.Today, March 14, 2024, I just received a renewal bill for the policy that I canceled with a declaration of an amendment making it effective on March 4 produced by SEBANDA INSURANCE #** located at ******************************************************************************************************Both the agency and the insurance company refuse to find a solution to the problem.I already have a new policy at Geico No. ************* The policy number canceled with ************* is: P0200776675-02
