I was a loyal customer for ********************** and All-State. I paid thousands of dollars and was on direct billing and paod my policies in full. His agent ***** made errors and miscoated me resulting of All-State billing me later a fee of $58. At that time i was with another insurance agency. Therefore turned me over to a collection agency. When i was made aware, i called and spoke with All-State and i even paid the $58 that i was not even aware of before and said that i wanted this removed from my credit and they said that they would. The notation remained in my credit report until now which is months later. I called to have it removed and spoke to many people in all state and to Larry himself and his rude agent ***** who also hang up on me. Between Larry, ***** with All-State customer service and ********* at the collection agency, no one would help to resolve the issue and they all deflected my request to have this $58 which i paid in full removed. Terrible customer service from All-State and ********************** and his agents. Now i have to pay thousands of ******* more for my new home because my credit is at $600 instead of 800 plus. I will never recommend All-State or Larry and his ungrateful agency.apparently i am not in good hands with All-State
