In the beginning, the company was worth 5 stars, but over time it became less and less star.After Hurricane ***, we had significant damage to some of our villas. ***** was a recommendation from an acquaintance.After our first meeting, ***** got the order to take care of 5 properties. Which he did with zeal in the beginning. But unfortunately, as time went by, the information became less and less. Only letters with a check came. Nothing more. No information why - no letters from the insurance company - no update on the state of affairs. Also, the insurances wrote to us that you don't get any information anymore.Now, for about 4 months, nothing is happening. Emails are ignored, messages in the office or on known numbers are ignored.Last week I was fortunate enough to have ****** take the call. He said that ***** has not been working at the company for months, and he has taken over the jobs. I was given a phone number by ****** where I should text him the names, and he will get back to me. That message has not been read or responded to as of today (10 days later).An owner of mine - where ***** can still make money, spoke to him on Friday Sept 29 and here he is supposedly still working for the company. I tried to call him right away but only voicemail.If I need professional help again, I will hire this time's another adjuster. I have met companies that are really professionals.Everyone should think about hiring these people
