If I can provide a negative star, I would.We were desperate finding a place as we were displaced from our home due to covid. The property manager ****** first off makes us go to a far location to make payment when we could've made one in any Amscot location she stated it had to be one 20 miles away from us. we made payment to move in made us wait all weekend to sign lease with no consideration if we made payment on Wednesday why not have lease ready for 2nd payment conducted 2 days later on a Friday. While signing lease we were greeted by 4 cockroaches and told the place was fumigated and professionally cleaned when it wasn't and we know it wasn't by the amount of dust on floor, termite dust remains in living room, mold in bathroom and no light covers on walls. Not even a month in the apartment and the roof collapsed. the roof collapsed showing signs of water damage on the roof and no mold treatment was conducted, just patched up ceiling and humidifier placed in apartment for 18 days now yet property manager contacts husband after i text we require a week of credit and calls my husband saying we are only giving 3 days credit after all our belongings got full of dust from the collapsed and had to clean everything again and change AC filter for 2nd time out of pocket while paying $2k for a one bedroom one bath apartment in the middle of *****. I call management office to speak to her manager now no-one calls back. I will be filling a non payment of 7 days until repair and mold treatment is conducted. DO NOT RENT FROM COINCO, RUN!
