I purchased a piece of jewelry on 11/22/23 that looked nothing like the online image of the piece. I reached out to them numerous times to tell them there was a distinct quality issue and that I wanted my money back.They never responded.I filed a dispute with my credit card company, Citibank on 12/7/23-- and they issued me a conditional credit.Once they were involved, Izakov contacted me asking me to cancel the dispute and they assured me that they would then issue my credit of $547.50. I wrote them telling them I was uncomfortable doing that until they sent me the money back that ******** had determined I should receive.They convinced me and I withdrew the dispute on 1/5/24 and I sent the merchandise back to them.I am still getting the run around from Izakov that they can't give me a refund as they say they sent to my bank. Citibank has zero funds from them, nor can Izakov provide me with any information as to when they actually sent Citibank the funds. They are lying and stalling on sending me the $547.50 to make me whole again for their false advertising on their site and terrible quality products.I really really need this money back as it is a substantial amount. Could you please help me? I have all the back up for the dispute and the email correspondence with Izakov where you can see that they are lying. Please please please can you help me?I also think they are a shady operation and show certain images online and then supply customers with sub-par quality merchandise.Thank you,******Business response

We've been in constant communication with ****** since she returned the item. ****** filed a chargeback with her credit card company which immediately pulled the funds from our account by her bank. Ever since then we've been trying to resolve this with PayPal and they also indicated it's out of their hands since the chargeback was filed with her credit card company. We've told that to ****** as well as provided her with the case number PayPal had for the dispute (#PP-R-EWD-509294407). When a chargeback is filed with a credit card company, it can take them up to 75 days to resolve. We've explained this to ****** multiple times. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our hands. We've tried to issue refunds numerous times (as shown in the screenshot) and contact PayPal to try resolve this for ******* but as mentioned, since the funds are held by her bank, we are not able to process an additional refund and PayPal are also not able to do anything until her bank resolves this. The only entity who can help her resolve this is her bank. If there was anything else we could do, we would happily do it.Initial Complaint

Hello;I ordered two pairs of earrings from Izakov Diamonds on Tuesday, August 30th (#WS7250).I quickly decided that they would not work for the purpose I wanted. I tried calling Izakov the next day but it seems the only have a six-hour window (****) to call them and I missed it.I decided to email on September 3rd. The response to my email was that since I didnt cancel within 24 hours (I tried) that there was no refund or cancelation possible even though they had not shipped the items. This seems to me to be an unfair strain on customers and given their ridiculous limited hours, I should be allowed to cancel the order. Thank you,***************************Business response

Customer placed an order on Tuesday, August 30th for two items. First attempt to contact us was made 4 days later, on September 3rd requesting to cancel the order. We don't have any call records of any other communication attempt made by the customer prior to this. We sent the customer the refund policy page which clearly states we have a cancellation period of 24 hours from the time the order is placed. This is standard policy in our industry since we begin manufacturing once order is confirmed which requires labor time and material for the job. This policy is also shown in the order confirmation email which is sent when the order is placed. I reached out to the customer in the evening of September 3rd after I requested from our management to make an exception for the order cancellation, which was granted this morning. The order was cancelled and refunded to the customer's satisfaction.
