      Their return policy is terrible. I initiated a return within the stated time due to the bracelet being too small and they took over a week to get back to me. At that point, The window of return had closed and they told me I would not be refunded. Very unhappy.

      SHOP ELSEWHERE. I purchased a necklace for my son on June 8 for his birthday on the 29th. It shipped on the 10th and took it about a week to arrive. I gave it to him on the 29th and the links are very poor quality-they dont stay flat, they constantly can twist hes just wearing it walking around. Thats not how it should be. I emailed today(7/1) inquiring about a replacement/refund and I was told that I was already out of the refund window-14 days upon receipt, although they cant guarantee exactly when I received it now can they lol? Good luck to current customers.

      Purchased a chain on March 28. Delivered 4/6. Broke two weeks later. Local jeweler tried to fix it but says its poor quality and not fixable. Filed warranty claim. Item arrived back at GLD on 5/28. It is now 6/25- STILL no update on my new item. I have chatted with the customer service 3 times. They only tell me they have thousands of returns (sign of a bigger problem) and I just have to wait. Today I was told they will contact the returns ***** which shockingly- they havent even done yet. I requested a refund and was told I ordered too long ago. Seriously???? If this was an urgent matter- maybe you should process these things faster? A month should be plenty of time. This warranty is a scam.

      Terrible customer service. I placed an order the beginning of March. 1 months later my order was shipped to a totally different place. I reached out to support and did not get an answer as to why this happened. A new order was shipped in April and order was set to arrive a week ago. Nothing has arrived yet and ***** tracking does not show new date. Reached out to support again and no answers given. Only automated "template" emails sent to me.

      The sent jewelry that looks NOTHING like the pictures on the site !! It's beyond fake costume jewelry. My husband bought me a necklace and a ring that I wouldn't be caught dead in. I felt terrible because he had the best of intentions and this SCAM COMPANY definitely SCAMMED him

      Scam alert. they state to have a lifetime warranty... more like 14 day warranty. The chain we purchased broke within 6 months. They have charged me 30$ to return and asking 30$ to send new one. basically I paid 68$ for chain. Should have never as for a return and purchase new. Would have been the same cost.

      I ordered bracelets for a gift and paid for expedited shipping. The bracelets were suppose to arrive in 2 day but took a week instead. I wasnt able to gift the bracelets due to its late arrival so I returned them. Its been almost 3 weeks and I still havent gotten my refund. The return label shows it was successfully sent back. When I reached customer support they say theyd reach out to the returns department. They owe me over $200. Ill never buy from this company again

      Jewelry is cheap and not real for the price you pay for it. I ordered 2 chains that were identical, one for me and one for my son, I only received 1. So after contacting them, now I gotta send millions of pics of the product, and file a claim with them against the carrier. Man just give me my **** chain.

      Since my post, the a "supervisor" reached out and has been responding with updates, however today, March 30 2024 they sent me ANOTHER #1 PENDANT. You can't make this up. They have now sent me the wrong pendant three times, and again they are reassuring my order is being taken care of. I don't understand what they difficulty is about sending me the #** pendant I ordered and PAID FOR. Ridiculous. Original post from Feb 21, 2024. We have ordered from The GLD Shop a few times now, and recently they messed up on my order and sent me the incorrect item. Initial order was placed in November for a #** and #** necklace pendant. Within receiving the confirmation, I made a correction and stated we wanted to change the #** to #1 pendant, and keeping the #** pendant. When the product was delivered, I received two #1 pendants. No #**. They ask me to return one of the #1 pendants, and they will ship me back out the #*** pendant I initially ordered. Two months later, we receive another delivery and it was another two #1 pendants. You can't make this stuff up. Their customer service is horrible, you never know who you're talking to. You can't get a straight answer from anyone. No one seems to know what your issue is. It's like talking to a child over and over again trying to get your point across. All I want is the product I ordered the #*** pendant. All is ok when there are no issues, but they can't seem to communicate or resolve an issue because they have 50 different people responding to your concern. Every time you email their support, its not the same person. I've talked to about 9 different people and not one have resolved my issue

      I’ve ordered at least 3 or 4 times from this site and I haven’t had any problems at all……………..it’s surprising to see all these complaints, but I will say kinda makes me nervous to order again. Other than that i’ve been super happy with their products, ordered a Cleveland Cavalier and Ohio State Pendant along with some tennis rope chains and i’ve been super happy so far.
