Had an appointment at 12 and would have arrived at 12:11 but was told they wouldnt allow me and would have to reschedule due to being late. I told them I live an hour away and that I was 1 minute out from their building and even after speaking with the manager was denied.Initial Complaint

This is a laser hair removal company. I had a coupon for a free initial session and made an appointment. They took my drivers license and performed a treatment. They then told me the price was $2,040 for 12 sessions. They never took the free coupon. They did not send me a copy of my contract until 3/14, even though I had requested it multiple times. I was unable to cancel the contract because they never sent it to me. They told me payments would be split over *********************************** not I used their services. I paid $300 deposit. I called the next day to cancel everything and get a refund. I sent them notice of cancellation on 3/14. They charged my credit card on 3/24, and I successfully disputed the charge with ***** They have attempted to charge me again on 4/24 and have sent me notice of failed payment every day since. I have responded to their emails with proof of the cancellation notice I sent on 3/14.
