Longest bankruptcy EVER, I have been trying to file for bankruptcy for the last two years. I have spent the last year subnitting paperwork that then leads to nothing but them asking for more current dated same paperwork. The people that contact me could not possibly have any kind of license because they are so unprofesional I have to think they are interns. I do not want any more unprofessional interns calling me asking for the same thing. I paid for this a few months after I went to see them. Why cant they just finish it up. I am so fed up that if I had money to pay someone else I would go with another firm because I am so sick of everything I have been going through and still waiting for my bankruptcy to be filed.

Mrs. ********************************* ******** is complaining that we haven't completed the bankruptcy process and waiting for the bankruptcy to be filed.  We are very surprised of her complaint. She signed her bankruptcy petition prior to her filing this H363137393**8313831H complaint. The case was filed as a Chapter 7, case # **-16130-LMI in the Southern *******************.  Her case was filed on August 2, 20**, prior to her filing her H363137393**8313831H complaint.  Not only was the case filed, but she also went to court on September 5, 20**, at which time the Chapter 7 trustee (The Chapter 7 trustee is *************************************) reported RND, which means that the court is going to give her the discharge.  Her case is complete.

I do not understand why she would state we are not finished, when she personally signed the petition prior to the H363137393**8313831H complaint.  Overall, the client did give us a very difficult time getting us the proper documents, but we do recognize that during these challenging times, clients can't obtain the necessary documents to file a bankruptcy case on time.
