    Our brand new Electrolux Dryer drying clothes after only one month of use. The first technician sent by Electroluxe, who was patronizing to my wife, insisted that the problem was a kinked dryer hose. I immediately purchased and installed a new straight hose/pipe and the dryer still did not work properly. Two weeks passed and a second repair team came to our home and they actually opened the dryer, and tested the components - discovering that the heating element had failed. They promised to order a new element and told us that it would take two-three days to arrive. More than a week later the first repairman arrives, with no knowledge of the second teams part order (or promises to fix the dryer). This is the same repairman as our first service call. He was extremely condescending when he first arrived, he put a small tester in the dryer, and then declared the device operational. My wife told him that the temperature drops off after a few minutes, but he refused to stay. My wife also called prior to his visit to be sure that they would arrive with the necessary parts, but again, this repairman had no knowledge of this conversation or promise.Customer service has been abominable, each time we spoke to a representative they did nothing more than push dates forward to extend our time without our faulty appliance - almost as if they were waiting for our extended warranty ro run out. Whats more disturbing is that no one seems to know who came to my home the second time. This is a safety issue, and utterly disturbing that a company this large would have no idea who is servicing their appliances in the field.We purchased a new dryer for more than $900, and it has worked for less than a month, we have had two different teams of repairmen come to our home, no one seems to know the second team, and ultimately, we have been without a dryer for more than a month and a half now.We want a full refund.

    Product was ordered with expected standard 5-7 business day shipping on 10/7. My product wasn't actually shipped until 14 business days later on 10/27. A whopping 20 actual days later. It wasn't even shipped next day air to compensate for their poor logistical planning. They never sent a shipping confirmation email or tracking number. If I didn't have the Shop app tracking it down I wouldn't have had any way to track my order. They didn't EVER respond to my emails and only would correspond via Instagram, so they're completely unprofessional in that regard too. They never offered an explanation for their poor tracking or customer service. Overall experience was shady and extremely disappointing. DO NOT ORDER!
