Hello and thank you for the help!I reached out to DBLux On February 22 about repairing a stage lighting fixture. Est. value $1200. I was sent an invoice for a bench fee through my email with little to no detail. I wrote back on February 28 asking what I should do and I received instructions and an address for mailing the fixture. I mailed the fixture on March 8 and waited for a response, but I only received silence.On April 1, I began calling and emailing the company more frequently, asking for confirmation of delivery, a quote for repair, and an estimated repair date. I began emailing biweekly, weekly, and then more frequently. I also tried calling the company, but the phone would ring indefinitely.In the course of this process, I received one response on April 27, indicating that they were waiting on a part. Unfortunately, I still did not receive a quote for the work or any estimates on timing.At this point, I have received no further response from the company and they still have possession of the light fixture. I can't get it returned, repaired, or even get a response about the status of the repair.You'll notice two third parties in the attached email chain. *************************** is a representative of the fixture manufacturer, Cameo, and ******************* and ***************************** are representatives of the distributor that sold me the fixture in the first place, Audio Associates.I have not received any information about how to pay the $95 bench fee. I am happy to pay immediately, but without communication I have had no opportunity.Thanks again for your help!*****Business response
