We have bought and sold several boats with different brokers over the years. Performance Yacht Sales was by far the best brokerage we have worked with. Two things stood out to me, their integrity and their service. We bought our Nautitech 46 through them in the summer of 2022, our contract was to pay for the boat in euros. At that time the euro was fairly volatile, so in the end we had over paid for the boat. **** and his staff let us know and refunded our money immediately. Throughout the process they always did what they promised to do. And when it came to choosing options for the boat **** did not just try to up sell us, instead he listened to how we wanted to use the boat and advised us on what he thought would be best for our use and informed us of the things we didn't need. After the purchase was complete the service part is what matters most and PYS was extremely helpful. They didnt make empty promises to sell the boat, they followed through and helped us walk though new boat challenges. Even when we had issues not covered under any warranty **** helped pay for aspects of our repair. Brokers dont always do that. I would highly recommend PYS if you are looking to purchase a boat.
