      This company took $30000 from me to build an e-commerce store citing that they were successful with their other clients. Immediately they failed in building the store and when they finally did it was so badly run that boxes of supplies were being returned to my home address. They put me under for $2000 in my first month and I knew immediately I was robbed. I asked for my $30000 back and they said it would come back after 18 months. I now see they scammed over 15 other people. They have no returned phone calls and I will have to prosecute.

      JAN, 19TH 2021 ENTERED INTO AN agreement to buy a ******* and Shopify and Amazon store. The agency did not follow through on any of the commitments. The agency agreed to refund me in May of 2022, but I have not yet received the refund as outlined in the contract. ***** see refund agreement signed by CEO.

      I had a signed contract to run an ecommerce business with this company. I paid them $25k and only received about $500 in revenue. They will no longer respond to emails or phone calls. I requested a refund when my 18 month contract was up and they won't respond. They should be shut down. I plan to hire an attorney to follow up and demand a refund if I cannot get it any other way.

      I signed a contract with Ecommerce Marketing Agency in March ****************************************** a return on my $30,000 investment within 18 months or my money will be refunded. This whole year all my attempts to contact the *** ******************************* failed and he wiped out my Slack account back around June claiming he,was going to set a new business through Amazon and that we were going to proceed communicating through Teams. I have never received a Teams invite and I have been sending official letters to end my contract and I received no response. My contract ended at the end of September and I cannot reach anyone by phone or email which is very unprofessional and a huge red flag all year long. I would like my $30, 000 back.

      I invested $50,000 on March 29th. After about a month, the turnkey Amazon store promised was up and running. A few weeks in, I noticed the people running the shop was no longer fulfilling orders, so I had to spend days fulfilling all the orders to keep my account from being shut down. Then, the employees used my credit card to purchase almost $1,000 worth of Apple AirPods. After about six weeks, the company shut down the Slack account and said they would switch from fulfilled by merchant to fulfilled by Amazon. They said this would take two weeks. They left me with a significant amount in purchased products that they just refunded and shut down all the listings. On August 16th, I spoke with the owner, who said the listings would all be back up by that Friday. Since then, there has been no communication. They refuse to refund the money, put the store back up, or communicate at all. I would like a refund on my investment, and the company pursued for breach of contract.

      I signed a contract for 30K with **commerce Marketing Agency in March 2022 to build me an ****** store. The **commerce contract handled everything for us from marketing, filling orders, shipping products, and customer service issues/concerns. We only had 1 month of sales supposedly which stopped June 30th since then they've suspended our store/sales we haven't heard anything from anyone at **commerce Marketing Agency. Not to mention they ran up our credit card to $6,372 (they told us to apply for to buy the products) We have made several attempts to contact them, no one is calling me back or responding to my emails and messages. There is no intention for this company to fulfill the contract or to refund my payment. I am requesting assistance in receiving my 36K investment due to breach of contract. These people are running a SCAM and deserve to be punished for their actions.

      **FRAUD**Met w/ ************************* to discuss opening a turnkey shopify ecommerce store with Ecommerce Marketing Agency ***** back in Sept 2021. After discussions and meeting with ************************* and *********************, Founders of **** decided to take a closer look. Received their contract which stipulated a full refund of the initial deposit of $30k minus any revenue to render services of operating the turnkey ecom shopify store for 2 yrs. Contract also said weekly meetings until store was operating, had ads, maintained ads, and was scaling, then biweekly meetings thereafter. If those stipulations did not occur and/or the store was not operational and receiving revenue, contract had a breach of warranty clause that would allow for refund prior to the completion of the 2 yrs. Signed the contract in October & deposited $30k through 2 wire transfers (10/12 & 10/13). They set up a business slack channel for discussion w/ a full team. After 1.5 months, team was dissolved to just ***** in ***** channel. There was no weekly meetings, there was no fully operational/running store, no ads, and no revenue. After 120 days, performance reports were to begin, showing monthly gross sales, expenses (ads, etc.), & net profits. The only thing provided after 6 months was a link to a shopify store that had a test order from December (meaning a different store not created for me). Regardless, that store had zero ongoing activity and no revenue. After confronting ***** about this, a "90-day roadmap" was provided. I mentioned needing to see results in 30 days or a Breach of Warranty would be issued. After 30 days, no communication. Sent Breach of Warranty to *****. When asked if he reviewed it, he said he was in the process of reviewing. Afterwards, ***** closed the slack channel without any notice. When going to the office, I find that they are no longer there & closed the offices. At this point, they stopped communicating. ***, *****, and ***** commited FRAUD! DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ THEM!

      Nov 2021 researched this company as thoroughly as I could, went ahead and invested $20K, signed contract with them for a profit split of a ecommerce store on FB marketplace. Store took almost 3 months to go live, even though I followed every direction and request made of me to get store ** in a timely and efficient manner. After only a month, we noticed our customers were not being responded to by ecommerce team, brought it to their attention on several different occasions, issues were never addressed properly and FB stopped my account for neglecting the customer. This is a breach of contract and would like my full investment back, have been kicked off their communication app. No response since I was kicked off Slack App. The owner was part off ************ and not want his reputation tarnished? This was last of our savings we invested. Can provide documentation on request.

      We paid Ecommerce Marketing Agency to invest in one of their brands. Each month, ecommerce marketing agency is suppose to pay us investor a dividend. However, in the past months, Ecommerce Marketing agency has ghost us and we have not been able to RECEIVE any payment owned since March, 2022. We attempt to contact via email, phone, through multiple people but no reply. The last person replied promised to work out a solution with us but has not heard back thus far.This is not acceptable. We need our dividend as it's the signed agreement. Please let me know if you have other questions.
