I am a returning client and am disgusted to be treated this way, and even more disturbed that her sister fabricated appointments that were never scheduled or confirmed and then charged me a cancellation fee. Based on yelp reviews others had similar issues, and were simply brushed off as fake reviews and were told to go obtain a degree and work implying customers were paid for false bad reviews. This business needs to be held accountable, if this is not resolved i will be taking them to small claims court. All previous appointments have ver span of 4 years have been in writing, email and texts. These appointments ********* made up because she felt annoyed that I confronted her about going back on her word about a refund. Take a look at the screen shots, she was caught lying and had to make me pay. Bogus charges, poor service, real experience real complaint.Initial Complaint

In April, the owner and I discussed a plan and stated I would need 5 visits and that on my first visit; I would need to pay upfront for 5 sessions; I paid for 5 visits. I came back in June for my second visit, and when I went to schedule my 3rd and remaining appointments she refused to treat me and refused to reimburse me. She will not answer the phone, text, etc. I am concerned that this facility is a sham and she practices under a massage license and should she continue to do what she states she is doing people could be harmed and worse be taken for money. I will file in small claims court and at this juncture, it is not about being out $600 dollars it is about how this facility preys on people (mostly women), takes their money, and then doesn't reimburse or return calls,s, etc - this is not acceptable and other people should know to be weary.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/02) */ I will respond for the only time the message of this person who should be ashamed since she decides to make it public. I do not accept any arbitration from entities where I am not affiliated and where I do not accept any type of mediation. Our business is absolutely legal and authorized by all corresponding government entities, and we also have our corresponding insurance. This person evidently did not want her fibrosis to be treated, she wanted something else. Well, she herself expressed that she did something similar to her patients because she identified herself as a physician assistant and she wanted to do the same to her patients, she expressed it herself in our practice. We told you that our techniques are patented and copyright reserved. However, the price she paid also included treating her arms and what she paid was also used in those areas. We observed that there was no real interest in treating fibrosis when he demanded that he wanted his buttocks and calves to be massaged, something totally inappropriate since he had not had surgery there nor did he have fibrosis and my therapists and I felt ashamed and harassed by that requested, since by law we cannot touch anyone's private parts. That request from her is written in her text messages and we will present it in court if necessary. Our Clinic reserves the right of admission, and we do not wish to serve a person who requests services that go beyond a normal, formal and professional practice, especially requesting to be touched in places where she did not have any type of surgery or fibrosis. It is all that my staff and I will add. She is not owed anything, because what I paid was for all the areas that she received the treatment but we are not going to work on other areas even though she has offered money for it. In our Clinic there is a refund to whom money is owed, this person is owed absolutely nothing and we will not refund money for the treatments that I already take, but we will not continue treating them because what they request is absolutely inappropriate. She even left a voicemail where she says our treatment is phenomenal, that she has referred patients, something not requested by us. She says that she works as a physician assistant, then that she works in lymphatics for breast implants, then that she works as an engineer, and a lot of information that makes us suppose that this person really wants fibrosis treatment the least. Everything mentioned on my part, is perfectly documented in writing and in voice messages, that we have no problem in presenting in a Court if she decides to go further, in fact, the one who does not want to go to Court is her, given the evidence that we have in our possession and that compromise it in its conduct. It is all that I am going to expose. Consumer Response /* (2000, 22, 2021/10/08) */ Eneida, Thank you so much for your help. They decided to reimburse me for the remaining unused visits. I have learned a lot during this time and very much appreciated your support. Thank you and Best Regards, ********
