Horrible scam. I was contacted, told that my doctor (his name was used) wanted me to monitor my blood pressure via this "service", and equipment would be sent to me despite my protests that I had a cuff and calendar to keep track of my readings. I was told this was free of charge (it was about $50/mo), and that a nurse would call each month. I was asked many questions that included; do you live alone, are you lonely, depressed, have enough money for food ($50 greatly impacted my grocery budget!), did I need someone to talk to, did anyone help me with housework, etc. I never signed a contract for this, never saw paperwork beyond a bill, and when I tried to cancel, there was a daily barrage of phone calls urging me to continue "service". I refused to continue, returned the equipment to my doctor's ******* since I was initially led to believe that this service operated from my doctor's ******* At the ******* staff told me that many other patients were doing the same. I called Nsight several times to confirm that I was canceling, and demanded a printed confirmation from them via US mail. I never received anything of the sort, but they continued to send text messages urging that I continue "service". At my next appointment, I reiterated this to my doctor who directed his staff to remove all Nsight info, stating that I was a long-time RN, and this was the final straw. Many other patients had voiced similar complaints. The "hard sell", and repeated warnings about the state of my health from Nsight was disgusting to me. Their tactics reminded me of car warranty scams. In my estimation, Nsight is nothing more than a money-making scheme, and useless. I was duped into believing the clever but false advertising. Too bad I can't get my wasted money back!
