Now I'm in an insurance Nightmare and because of their incompetence I will probably lose my financing for very valuable medication and my dosing schedule.I have texted many levels of management at the facility including facilitator *************************** with nothing being done except empty promises only to be followed up to find out they were lies.I sent a letter to *************************** head of ************** department, but have not received a response in over 3 weeks.Because of ********************************** lack of response. I had to go to the emergency room to get x-rays because I thought I had a broken shoulder. Both he and the front desk never responded for over a week forcing me to go to the ** for treatment.Numerous texts to **************, Patient Advocate, went unanswered as well.I was told by the front desk staff my medication when it arrived, I would be informed immediately.They use the excuse of the hurricane for not calling me, even though it took sending a text to their administrator 3 hours after they were open on Friday to get them to respond.Text are available for *************************** ****************** *************************** and phone records for the front desk. It is illegal to record someone in the **************** on the phone without their consent and a patient should not have to babysit medical staff constantly for not doing their job.
