      Today I've had Two major issues:1- Four patients are given same exact time appointment 8am.My appointment was at 8am on Sat.I waited till 840, no one calls **** talk to the manager asking her I am supposed to be the 1st patient as 8am on Sat, unless someone scheduled before you open at 7 or 730. She said no unfortunately there are 3 patients ahead of you. I asked all at 8?She said yes.So she confirmed when I asked her that you take many appointments at the same time, she said yes!!!2-No receipt provided.Same manager, refused to give me a real copy of my receipt. She gave me a photocopy on an A4 paper of it not mentioning what it is for. I insisted to have a real copy of my receipt, she refused.she kept giving me a photocopies on A4s with half of my name shown.At the end, when I inisted, she gave me another A4 paper photocopy, mentionning what it is for and stamped on the bottom. I requested to stamp it on the receipt photocopy. So they do not give people receipts of what they pay for!She writes on the receipts "*****", when I asked the name of her manager, the receiptionist gave me the business card of **************************** she is writing on behalf of somebody else's name or the receiptionist is lying.The receiptionist gave me a business card name ************************* as the manager above the manager. With an email that blocks senders. The email is: [email protected] tried to call the phone nbr on the card no answer.That is not acceptable that they make fun of people like that.Many appointments at the same time and no receipts for customers.Because it is a waiste of people's time and no reliability of what people are paying for.

      This centre has very bad customer service.

      They do not reply to all phone calls or they keep transferring you to different departments and the other departments hang up the phone on you. It happened many times.

      The information does not circulate. They tell you on the phone to come and pick up your results. Once they send you to another center to pick it up,but another time they refuse to give you the results becauae you have to pay another visit. They are not consistant to one policy.

      Good luck for you if you need your receipt. You need to keep following and contacting them for an itemized bill. At the center they give you a receipt of the amount of money like a grocery store one that has a different address than the location you paid at.

      The manager at the main center is very rude and is not helpful at all. 

      The vitamin injection they give you, they don't know what's in it. They told me they have zinc in it and showed the original bottle it has nothing that says zinc. They kept asking each other and they all confirmed it has zinc with no proof on the bottle. Just because they say so. They don't give you itemized document of the vitamins in the shot they give you.

      one specialist dr, that is not related to that center, told me I  will give you the results in hands because at that center everything disapears magically.

      You don't see the same primary care dr even if you ask for the same dr before even making your appointment.

      You pay for a specialist visit and they send you a registered nurse. I refused and requested the specialist.

      For the sleep study they sent me on the paper that I stay till 7am. But at the time of the study we were told 5am is the time to wake up and leave. At tge sleep study the nurse was very nice and knowlageable.
