They call senior citizens and get them to get a "free" brace that they probably don't need and then bill Medicare. What a ****!

Med Dept Inc does not in any way contact patients without prior consent from the patient, caregiver or healthcare professional. We have not in the past or in the future plan to begin that practice.
All of our required licenses are up to date and current. Our leadership team is public, and our office is open to the public Tuesday- Friday 9am-5pm.
All of our customers are made aware that the products that are being paid for by insurance companies our not free and there is a cost associated with them.
All of our calls, inbound and outbound our recorded for quality assurance, and we are confident that ******************' conversation has that verbiage in the beginning of our call, as that is our current standard.
Our team has worked extremely hard to build a respectable brand and serves as a staple part of our community. So, when terms like "scam" are associated with our brand we take that very serious.
Our information is very accessible, if there was a setback, corrective action or service recovery could have been made. If there was a lack of communication or understanding our team would have been more than happy to assist.
In short, we do not call anyone without them requesting to be contacted, and if we bill ********* it's because that's their payment option of choice.
