      This car repair shop was hired to repair my vehicle from an accident that happened in July 2023. Since then the insurance company has paid them over ****** to repair my vehicle. Th owner of the shop claimed that the vehicle would be completed in November 2023. That was not true. Upon visiting/checking on the progress of my vehicle I realized he hadn't even started repairs. The owner was claiming the insurance hadn't paid him in full. The insurance company was able to send off a last payment that the owner of the shop requested January 11, 2021. The insurance company closed the case because the owner of the shop claimed that the car was fully repaired and I could pick up the vehicle the next week. Upon my arrival to the shop I realized that my car was not there. The owner approached me rudely, talking circles about where the car was. I immediately knew he was lying and my vehicle has not been repaired. I continued to call and try to get more information on my vehicle. Since then he has threatened me and blocked me from calling. I then had my lawyer send in a demand letter. I have gotten zero responses from the shop and have to now file a lawsuit in regards to the owner technically stealing my vehicle. At this time nor him nor the shop have answered any of my calls regarding my vehicle. At this point I am spending over $100 a day on transportation to get to and from work November-February.

      To whom it may concern, 

      I am writing this on behalf of the 2019 JEEP CHEROKEE LATITUDE for *************************. This vehicle is going through STATEFARM INSURANCE. The vehicle came in on 06/22/2023 to our facility WORLDWIDE CAR CONNECT by the name of ****** JANVIER. STATEFARM came out to see vehicle on 07/1/2023. The customer who is ***************************** kept the intital check of $3,974.62 from STATEFARM which was sent to her on 07/21/2023 and was cashed 5 days later and not one payment was done till novemeber 9th 2023 . Also the insurance STATEFARM did not come out for the SUPPLEMENT till 01/11/2024 which was a total amount of $11,512.11

      **************** & ****************** never communiated to STATEFARM they never accept responsibility on the driver side also she has had her mother MRS ************************* pay for the amount that state farm gave MRTS ****** with a credit card on November 9th 2023.

      from 06/22/23-08/14/23 ***************** and ***************** were a no show and could of easily placed a lien on the vehicle for abandonment of a motor vehicle. 

      **************** has put LAW OFFICES of ****** LAW on board as well i have reached out to the person handling the case and he did not see anything but wrong when im still in my time frame.

      On January 11th once we notice that state farm will be covering liability we did our due diligence and started working on the vehicle due to headlight complication we have had some delays.

      **************** has had 21 sibling including multiple boyfriends call the office in reference to a vehicle which the estimate does not state her name but ***************** technically i do not have to respond to **************** as she is not the one that sign my documents nor the direction of payment which FYI she got regardless and spend the money and had someone else pay and then have them check up on the car.

      iam currently waiting on the light but once the car is done ***************** has to pick up the vehicle as he was the person to drop off the car

      Date of business June 2023 Retrieved unfinished Car (undrivable) February 2024 We dropped a 2022 Lexus RX350 car to world wide connect for auto accident repair. The rair shop received $30,500 from our car insurance to repair all damages on the car. After 7 month of him having the car, we finally had to get police involved to retrieve are vehicle back. Once we received the vehicle back No repairs have been made on the car and in fact the repair shop put back the same parts that were damaged from the car accident. He also painted the entire car when only front end damages were done. The car is not drivable, the transmission is not working there's no brake fluid in the car he informed us the car was complete on Jan 26th and the car is unsafe to drive by law when a mechanic's has completed the car. Gladly we didn't trust his work and did not drive the car or we would've been in an accident with no transmission or brakes we had the car towed from his show to our home. We are looking to receive the full amount of the insurance check so that we can get our car (which we still pay a lease on) back to its original conditions. I have read reviews online from this shop and he has done this to several customers already. This shop is committing insurance fraud and no one is helping me stop him from other customers he could potentially do this to.
