Realtor *********************** with Royal ************************* she didnt list her Realtor Number, Phone Number, not does it appear she is listed with the ******* BBB. She does provide an NMLS #*******. She and her husband, ***************************, are acting immorally with her being the ********* being the lender with Nation Mortgage Solutions Corp (which I am sure was to disclosed - double dipping) - I think this is against the rules for Realtor Ethics. *************************** is registered as the owner, according to the Better Business Bureau as Nation Mortgage Solutions Corp, located at ************************************************************************************,, that has no recorded message of the business and half the time - they dont answer the phone. I want this company investigated as the closing for Renova Court was set for 8/21/23. Due to the fault of their agencies, they fell to close on the closing date of August 21, 2023. It is now August 28, 2023, No closing, and they have failed to abide by the contract, nor have the released the Escrow Money of $5000 to the seller, who had been displaced as result of their ineptitude and negligence concerning this closing. Nor have we received a cancellation notice which they said they'd send - ad all we hear is crickets. They won't answer their phones or respond to emails in a timely manner. They don't keep their word when they say they are going to follow through and here we are 1 week after schedule closing and NOTHING is what we hear from them. I am confident this is NOT the firsts time they have pulled this c*** - why no one else has filed a report with RE Commission or BBB is beyond me. These fraudsters as they are now ghosting and gas lighting our (sellers) agent with EXP Realty. I also plan to contact all the news channels in ***** concerning these charlatans.

I represent Nation Mortgage Solutions Corp., which attempted to obtain financing for the buyer in a recent transaction for the purchase of property located at *************************************************************. Your real estate agency, eXp Realty, represented the sellers.  The transaction failed to close by the scheduled closing date, August 21, 2023.  On August 30, 2023, in accordance with the contract, the escrow agent disbursed the buyers deposit to the seller.  A copy of the release and cancellation of contract is attached.

On August 28, 2023, ********************************* ************************** filed a complaint against Nation Mortgage Solutions Corp. with the Better Business Bureau.  I have attached it for your review.  First, I would like to confirm that ********************************* or *********************** is an employee or agent or associate of eXp Realty, authorized to make representations on behalf of the seller in this transaction.  An internet search represents her to be an Transaction Coordinator at eXp Realty.  The complaint published to the Better Business Bureau is factually incorrect and slanderous in nature, the effect of which is to severely harm the reputation of Nation Mortgage Solutions in the business community.

First, there is no prohibition against a registered real estate agent and mortgage broker in the same family working on the same transaction; ******************** implication that something unethical occurred is simply wrong.  Second, as you surely know, Nation Mortgage Solutions Corp. cannot disclose any reasons for the failure of the transaction to close; ******************** accusation that it was the fault of Nation Mortgage Solutions Corp. is completely incorrect.  Finally, there is nothing unreasonable about the 9 day time period between the contractual closing date and disbursement of the escrow deposit to the seller.  ******************** threat to contact news agencies in ***** about this ordinary transaction reflects her irrational and unreasonable response to what occurred.

If in fact ******************** is associated with eXp Realty, on behalf of Nation Mortgage Solutions Corp. we hereby demand that the review sent to the BBB be retracted.
