My last conversation with **** was as ******* as the first. PS Mortgage Lending has an unparalleled level of customer service. The whole team is so organized and helpful. They make you feel like youre their only client. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the only lender you to choose.

This was my first experience buying a home and ***** was amazing throughout the entire thing. He was always available to answer questions and explain anything and everything. I was amazed at his dedication to find the best deal, and overall just his availability for everything. ******* was also wonderful, he handled a lot of the day to day stuff. *************************** and his team at PS Mortgage Lending have been invaluable in the purchase of my home. **************, *******, and ******* all provided the support my family and I needed to achieve our vision. They were not only readily available when I had a ton of questions, they streamlined the process for purchasing ************* a 3-week period! I had previously [temporarily] worked with another mortgage lending company. I highly regretted not going DIRECTLY with **** and his team. Once I transitioned to PS Mortgage Lending, everything was unequivocally 110% better. Also, **** is an individual who not only has high integrity and professionalism, he is also tremendously knowledgeable in this field. My husband and I just purchased our first family home with Phil's assistance and support. It was quiet a journey finding a home during and post pandemic. Throughout the process, Phil was always very patient, answered our many questions, and educated us along the way. Knowing we had been trying to buy a home for a while, but luck wasn't on our side, once a seller accepted our offer, Phil worked ridiculously fast to get us through the process. We were cleared to close in 7 days. Mentally we were prepared for the contracting process to be filled with headaches. Phil made the process painless and stress free. It is unreal to us that we own a home and how easy it was. Really we owe it to Phil and our realtor who worked together seamlessly (both Military).PS Mortgage Lending Response

We have refinanced our reverse mortgage several times extracting capital as property values rose via Phil S******** and his PS Mortgage Lending. Unlike so many unsolicited callers who are just a voice with no face, I know who Phil is, he is nearby and in person reachable if necessary and proven reliable as to what he and his staff says and delivers on. He represents the difference between a voice on telephone and a real person. We would use him again and have referred others to Phil and PS Mortgage Lending.PS Mortgage Lending Response
