1. I was supposed to have load picked up at 10:00am by your driver **** and the load delivered on Friday October 8th in Fort Myers. That did not happen, instead my load was picked up by two contract movers with an old decrepit truck. Please see the attached first three pictures, #'s 0757, 0758, 0759.
They did not know that they were supposed to drive to Florida and if they would make the trip asked me if I would give them an additional $250.00 in addition to what you were giving them to sweeten the pot.
2. That day, my load was placed in that driver's (*****'s) storage unit in south Atlanta and it sat there it was picked up on Wednesday October 13th, when **** your mover finally picked it up. BTW, ***** and his helper are not professional mover's, many of things were poorly packed and damaged.
From the 7th of October to the 13th, I was leaving you telephone messages and texts for you, and rarely heard from you and when I did, it was one story, excuse and lie after another.
3. So finally my load was picked up late in the day on Wednesday the 13th. I was then told that I should meet the drive at my storage unit, the next day, Thursday at 1:00pm. I go and I'm waiting, and finally at 1:45pm I call you. You tell me that you were about to call me and processed to tell me that your driver was involved in a "situation" in Perry, GA that morning. During our 30 minute conversation, we are going round and round, I keep asking you questions, you're reluctant to share the story with me and tell me you really don't know what happened. We get off the telephone, I call the Perry Police Department and in about 3 minute conversation with the Detective, I found out everything that happened:
A. Drive ****** picks up an strange woman on the road somewhere
B. They stop at a gas station for fuel, and while the station attendant and **** are outside having a smoke, the woman goes back into the store, goes around the counter and ties to rob the cash register
C. Police come, she is arrested, and your drive **** gets arrested for driving with a "suspended" license
D. Narcotics are found in the front seat of the truck
E. The U-Haul truck gets towed and impounded
F. The U-Haul truck is considered stolen because it hadn't been returned since the middle of July when it was originally rented for another job. Roughly 90 days overdue, and U-Haul needs to repossess the truck
4. Again more stories and lies, you then tell me there is another drive from Atlanta that will pick up the load from the impound yard the next day which is Thursday October 14th at 9:00am and this driver will call me when he is there loading.
The load time 9:00am rolls around, and then when I call and text you, you tell me he will be there at 12:00noon, then after another exchange of texts, you text me saying he'll be there at 1:30pm. The day ends and there was never another driver and my load still there in the truck in the impound yard.
** After over a week on your stories, excuses and lies, I decided to take matters in my own hands, and on Saturday and drove to Perry, GA rented a truck, took my load and drove it to Fort Myers, Florida.
