    1.Upon arrival of the movers to the departing residence, I was told I had to pay an additional $1295.00 for an additional 185 cubic feet otherwise they would not take my household goods. There were additional boxes but there were also furniture removed from original inventory. Looking into the truck at the end of packing there were a lot of gap spaces that were not filled and the cubic feet was stretched beyond the actual amount. I also found wardrobe boxes that were used for packing were half empty and not used at capacity 2.At arrival of movers at the new destination I was told I had to pay an additional $225 because my one flight of stairs was more than 12 steps. The service agreement states first flight of stairs is no charge. There is not a clause that states it must be 12 steps or less.3.The movers at destination did not reassemble household goods in accordance with the service agreement. They refused to reassemble my teenage daughters twin size bedframe and trundle (service agreement says not cribs). I assembled it and one mover felt bad and helped me at the end. They refused to reassemble a garage storage rack (which ended up missing bolts and one of the shelf legs), and they refused to reassemble my mountain bike which was wrongfully taken apart at the departing location. They also did not place all boxes and furniture in the designated rooms I asked as the service agreement stated.4.Two of the movers at the destination location got into a fight and police came to my residence to take one of the movers away. When I spoke with the police officer they stated one of the movers is known by name with a criminal history and mental health issues. I was told the movers will be background checked and your company allowed a criminal into my home with my two kids. I am waiting for the police report for additional filing.5.The destination movers dropped boxes in front of us breaking some of the boxes and carelessly damaged furniture and walls.

    Unreputable moving Company. Salesman promised everything, cancel for any reason , fully refundable and they refuse to provide a refund after cancelling the move with them, A total unreliable Company and I refuse to business with them again and recommend you not consider using them for your move..
