iMoving was great at giving me a quote and scheduling the company and time of my transfer. ****** (not sure of spelling) was the company that did the actual work. ****** was prepared to meet me in a hurricane on July 8,24. Obviously we didnt do anything that day. ****** were my guys on the ground who were easy to get in touch with when I had concerns about fuel post hurricane, and after business hours. ****** moving was gentle with my stuff, kind, and professional. I will absolutely use ****** again. iMoving is available for communication during regular business hours.iMoving, Inc Response

They changed days and time. They did not even know the items were not picked up on Sat. Neither I nor the movers could get in touch with them. They were not helpful at getting this worked out . I gave them 3 diff days to pick from 4,5,6 it ended up happening on the 7th because I got really angry. . I gave them a rating and they said they would get in touch with me. Never heard from them . Do not risk contracting with this company to move. ********! Jerked me around for a week, changing moving dates. Paid up front with list of items to be moved. They left an item in the driveway of the house I was moving out of, and it is still sitting in the driveway after several weeks. I have reached out to them numerous times asking for a delivery date to my new address to no avail. Trey in customer service is no help.iMoving, Inc Response

This was my first move and I found iMoving.com while searching for information. They were easy to work with, took care of everything, and saved me money in the process. The movers were nice and quick. My house didn't get demaged, but most of my furniture got marked up, scraped up, or dirty. My couches got stained with something black and I cannot get it out. Almost every piece of furniture I own got scratched up. I have to retouch it all with paint. They also argued with me about my bed fitting in the room I wanted. I told them just to set it in the house and not put it together and they put it together. And it will fit in the bedroom I wanted. I just didn't want to argue and I had a lot of work to do so I wanted them to be done as fast as possible. I now have to take the bed apart again and move it to the room I wanted. My futon also is broken. They took it apart and did not put it back together. When I tried to put it back together it's broken They also didn't put the desk I have back together and left all the plastic wrap on it.iMoving, Inc Response

Upon reviewing the complaint, we have taken the following actions:1.The carrier has to send you a claims form for you to be compensated for the damages caused as we are a third party and do not handle insurance claims. We are here to assist you throughout the process.
2.Facilitating Communication: We will act as an intermediary between you and the mover, facilitating communication to ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly.
3. Accountability: We hold our movers to a high standard and will take appropriate action against any mover found to be consistently disregarding customer satisfaction or failing to meet our network's requirements.
We kindly request that you to provide us with any additional details or documentation regarding the damages so that we can better assist in the resolution process.
While we cannot directly provide compensation for damages, we will do everything in our power to help facilitate a fair and timely resolution between you and the mover involved.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation and assure you that we take these matters seriously. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
