Subject: Unauthorized Debit Card Charges and Business Misconduct Dear X-clusiv Music Group, Inc.,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding unauthorized charges on my debit card by your company. On 4/15/2024, a transaction for $107.00 was noticed on my bank statement that I did not authorize or recognize. Upon investigating further, I discovered that these charges were made by your business without my consent. Furthermore Ive never heard of you or your company. So there is no reason you should have my bank information. It is unacceptable and highly unethical for your company to engage in such fraudulent activities. As a citizen of the ***, it is your duty to uphold ethical standards and to process transactions only with customers consent. However, your actions have shattered that trust and left me feeling violated and deceived.I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charges and a thorough investigation into how my debit card information was obtained and misused by your company. Additionally, I expect assurances that such incidents will not occur in the future and that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent any further breaches of customer trust.Failure to address this matter promptly and adequately will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue to relevant authorities and pursue legal action to recover my losses and hold your business accountable for its misconduct.I urge you to take swift action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in companies across industries.
