Me ***** gave me an appointment on Friday Sept 8 2023 for 10AM. Early that morning she told me she wouldnt be able to do my nails until 12pm. I told her I couldnt make it that late. After multiple attempts to reach her about rescheduling she finally gave me an appt of Oct 4th 2023 at 10AM. I showed up to my appt and she said she had double booked and had someone elses nails to do at 10AM and refused to keep my appointment. I demanded my deposit of $50 back. She finally agreed to refund my deposit within 48 hours. It has now been 72 hours and I have yet to receive my deposit despite sending a refund request to her and she has not responded to my messages.
