I have a 2022 Corvette and received a letter from Chevrolet early next year to perform a retrofit to the proximity sensors of the car. Per this letter, I should contact the dealership to perform the work. I have contacted this dealer to perform the work, and they informed me they had the part ordered around October timeframe. Since than, I have been callign them monthly to check on the status of the order so could get the work performed on my car. The experience has been unimpressive. Every time I call I get passed between the services and parts department, get confusing messages, they find the order and tell me the same thing, every time. The order has not arrived and someone will call me back, which never happens, until I call again and hear the same thing.The letter I received from Chevrolet stated the replacement had to be done by March 2024, which has already passed. I am unable to comply with the timeframe on the letter, because the part is never available and this dealer has not made any effort to resolve my problem and fulfill Chevrolet's dutys to retrofit the car. I'm seeking resolution to this problem in the form of getting the order placed and the service performed, according to my rights as a consumer and customer. I exhausted my attempts to resolve this with the deal, they have not shown interest or proactivity on addressign the problem, therefore I'm seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to get the proper attention to this matter.
