My experience with Braman Honda in Coral Way's customer service department was unsatisfactory. I had an appointment on 8-03-23 at 8:30 am for a manufacturer recall. Upon arrival, I was informed that the car would need to remain all day, which had not been previously communicated. The only options presented to me were to wait all day or take an Uber. I requested transportation, which was refused. When I asked for a car, I was again denied. The representative assisting me was named Christian. Ultimately, I decided to retrieve my vehicle without completing the recall services. As a 10-year Toyota customer, I have never encountered such unhelpful customer service or been unable to resolve a matter with a client. I regret that Braman Honda in Coral Way will not have my business in the future.

BRAMAN HONDA SCAM ALERT - SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Also, ***************** disrespectful to women!Update: 9/16/22 - Before you read the below, note that I am NOT asking for a refund of the $109. I don't care about that. My only motivation is to spotlight the gimick they pulled, and yes, I would like for the people involved to lose their jobs. Now read below for details, while keeping in mind that **************** insulted my wife and said super disparaging things about her.Original message: I have a 2019 Honda Accord that had a battery die. We changed the battery at a local mechanic, and then noticed the electrical systems went nuts - i.e. cabin lights & turn signals wouldn't work, etc.We took the car to Braman Honda Service and a guy name **** helped us and he told my wife that the mechanic crossed the negative and positive connections, and that we used the wrong battery because it was not a Honda Battery. The fix was be $700 because we need a new control box, whatever that means?!?This was a lie! I have never heard of a Honda battery, and if the positive and negative connections were crossed, the car wouldn't start. He tried to rip us off! I can't stress strongly enough how dishonest this *************** is. He was telling us over the phone about the swapped positive and negative connections on the battery before he even saw the car. It's a script he's running, and using it on people who he thinks are unaware, like my wife.We didn't buy the **** and took the car to another location, ******************* Japanes ********* pressed two buttons and reset the computer, and did not charge us a *****! Problem solved. They said that the whole battery connection story was a lie, they said we did NOT need a new control box, and basically confirmed to us that **** and Braman Honda were trying to rip us off!There's so much more here - even ****'s manager ********************* insulting my wife (Housewife and mother of a 9 year old), but I need more characters to describe the entire horror!

On October 4th, 2021 a tire Firestone Affinity 195/65R15 from 2020 damaged no fix but under warranty, because it was purchased on May 3rd. 2021 to Braman Honda, 7000 Coral way Miami, Florida 33155. Honda representative named ********* hardly acknowledge that I had a warranty so he told me that I had just 1 year when on my receipt is 5 years or 100,000 mile. He arbitrarily decided replace my damaged tire with a different model Firestone FT 140 195//65R15 from 2019. Even though he put the claim so that Honda must receives the original tire Firestone affinity 195/65R15 from 2020. He never tells me at this time we install a tire that is not the one you bought, once we receive it will be changed. At this time when I am driving my vehicle it shudder, because I have 3 tires Firestone Affinity and just Firestone FT 140. Enduring this arbitrariness and helplessly I spoke with Mr ***** **** Fixed Operation Director, as well as with Mr. ****** **** General Manager I explained to them everything aforementioned and they told me take it or leave it. I felt Unprotected, mistreated, my warranty was stripped, I was facing a disrespectful attitude for a customer, I felt powerless. I am seeking justice and be underestood. Thanks.
