I was directed to call the dealership to get a buyout quote by Hyundai motor finance, so I called. After calling and being transferred 5 times, I fell on the rudest person Ive ever spoke to on the phone.If he had cared to even ask a question, he would know that I live over 400 miles away and I can not come to the dealership to get a quote.His argument was you need to come to the dealership and he said nothing else, hung up on me when I said I cant.The funniest part is I have proof of receiving a buyout quote a few months back from a simple phone call.Terrible customer service and of course the reason they want you to go is to sell you a new car.Review from David D

I purchased a Genesis G80 from Braman Genesis on October 14,2023. My salesman was ****. This was the absolute worst Car buying experience of my Life. The management, sales support and service personnel have no respect for the customer. I visted the showroom mid afternoon and saw a vehicle I wanted to buy, it was used and they needed to find out how much it would cost. I waited 4 hours to get a price, but i agreed to the purchase. My salesman told me to return at 10:30 in the morning and i could take the car home. This was a cash purchase. I returned the following day and it was not ready. I waited until 6:30 in the evening for the car to be ready. My prior commitments that day and the previous evening had to be cancelled because of these delays. I took the car with nothing but 1 key and a temporary license plate. I am waiting 75 days for permanent plates, the Temporary license Plate expired in early December. I was never given a bill of sale, a second set of keys or any paperwork on this purchase. I have been driving with no license plate for almost a month. No one at this dealership will return my calls and texts. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. The worst Car buying experience of my life! No follow up from sales or the Rude Finance department.Review from Nick S

Ordered touch up paint from this dealership and they sent the wring color. I have been trying yo contact them for over 2 weeks for a resolution. I cannot get an email or phone call back. I finally got a call today from them and they tried selling me a car. As soon as i say no I'm not interested and i have a problem with something i ordered they hung up on me and i have not been able to get a single person on the phone to help resolve this issue. By far the worst customer service i have ever had for such a small issue.Review from Eric S

Re: Purchase of new 2023 Ioniq 6 SEL Salesperson ******************************* continued to send me pics via text of important documents which were too small to read on a smartphone. Each time I had to ask him to send them by email as a pdf. He did send them by email but not as a pdf as I requested.He sent me the same digital pictures.Upon picking up the vehicle nobody offered to even show me anything about the dashboard electronics or how to drive my first electric vehicle. They didn't even show me where the control is to put the vehicle in drive, reverse and park. I had to search for it myself and eventually realized it is to the right of the steering wheel. They did however show me how to set up Hyundai Blue Link and connected me via the app for Electrify America.The morning after I picked up the vehicle, I checked the tires COLD and they were all 4lbs below the manufacturers recommendation. Front were 32 and should have been 36. Rear was 33 and should have been 37. I was shocked to see that nobody pumped the tires to the correct pressure prior to delivering a new vehicle.No follow up personal touch by ******************************* via phone or even by text after picking up the vehicle on Saturday 4/15/23 and today is Wednesday 4/19/23. Why would I want to refer my friends to ******************************* when he does not follow up? Also, ******* was not there when I picked up the vehicle. He only told me via text that morning that he would not be there.On the positive side, I will say that the manager at Braman Hyundai gave me an excellent price on the vehicle.******* appeared to be mostly interested in his commission instead of truly helping me. I may recommend Braman Hyundai, but I will not recommend *******************************.Review from michael m

Purchased a ******* from these people & live out of state. over 2 months later cant get anyone tocall me back or tell me where the registration & sales tax payment went to. Giled an AG complaint against them in Florida. Stay far away from this entire dealership, not matter what brand they are sellingReview from Ferdinando A

my name is ***********************************, my nephew ************************************** went to Braman Hyundai for a quote for a used car and he was sold a used 2020 Hyundai Elantra VIN ***************** and he was asked for $5,000.00 deposit and financing $34,77**** for a total price of $39,77 **** for a car which value is *********. He realized that he made a bad deal that he can not afford, he went to Braman Hyundai and he talked to the manager who told him that he could return the car but he will not get back the $5,000.00 deposit and he will have to pay extra approximately $3,000.00.My nephew is a first time buyer , recently employed, who was dreaming with his first car, it turned in a nightmare, We request that Braman Hyundai accept returning the car and return to my nephew the deposit of $5,000.00.Review from Shirley B

If I could put 0 stars, I definitely would. Do not EVER ************ here. Took my car because I was approved for a new engine. Three months later I am having more issues than before and have had to come out of pocket on a lot of parts. The service manager *********************** does not contact you whatsoever and when you call to speak to him, he is quick to tell you he spoke to his legal team and cannot say anything else. When getting your car back, a tech should go out with you and tell you the issues and whats been fixed. I was given paper work and told everything is there. Service rep *********************** treats you like paperwork and like to shove the cost of the work of your car as if it is coming out of her pocket. She also gossiped about her former coworker who was fired while I was in the process of getting my car fixed with him. He never turned in my paper work and I was contacted as week later to be asked so why is your car here.Review from Tatiana G

Let me start off by saying how hard it is to find good reviews out there. I am taking the time out to write a review because of the exceptional service I have received from Braman Hyundai. I live in broward and had been having trouble finding a dealership to take care of a recall for my Hyundai Tucson for the past year or so. I finally gave up and decided to go to the dealership that had helped me out so much in getting my lease located in Miami (Braman Hyundai) and had been super helpfulI in the past. I got in contact with Gary Desrosiers from service and he informed me they had the part for ny recall and were able to take care of me. I came in and was in-and-out within 2 1/2 hours!! Eeryone from the valet, service and check out were so polite and helpful. I truly appreciate all the help and and highly recommend the service center at this dealership. Gary Desrosiers is the man that gets things done!! thank you Gary!
