    This dealership sold me a faulty car. I bought a 2022 *********** in June 2024. In July 2024 the car broke down in the middle of a road due to engine issues. I took it in and I was told it was a loose s**** A couple of months later, in November 2024, the car broke down in the middle of the road again due to engine issues. This car is brand new and its been faulty since purchase. I was lied to by the employees in order to make a sale. This business should not be in operation as they do not have the clients best interest and they are selling faulty vehicles. I plan on taking legal action.

    I assisted my daughter in purchasing a car from Lehman Hyaundi/Genesis. They put the incorrect leinholder on the title. I have been calling and they are giving me the run around with this matter. They can change the name to the correct leinholder (USAA) or they can get their car back and give me my check that I gave them for the car which was issued by USAA Bank.

    On Jan 19,2024 I ******************* agreed for Lehman Hyundai dealer located on the above listing address to conduct service on my car. The service that was conducted was EGR COOLER COOLER, AND GASKETS.ASLO INCLUDE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR, ******************** PERFORM BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE, Engine Coolant Exchange: PERFORM COOLANT EXCHANGE, and *********************** PERFORM INDUCTION SERVICE, INCLUDES CLEANING OF INTAKE SYSTEM from Jan 19-March 1 my car has been to the dealer 3 different times due to the car not being properly fix where the check engine comes back on which was the originally reason I took it there in the first place. Ive reported this issue to Hyundai customer care team and explained the lack of communication between the dealer and myself and also the service continuing being incomplete to no availability on answer today March 3 my check engine light is on again after I just picked it up Friday March 1

    I recently purchased a use vehicle from Lehman Hyundai. During the purchase process, I was sold the *** insurance and Pre Paid Maintenance Plan. When I attempted to use my maintenance plan, I found out the terms were not as described at the point of sale. I went on to request a refund of the *** and Maintenance but only received the prorate amount of the ***. I am owe a full refund of the Maintenance plan as I was unable to use it. It is a prepaid plan which has not been touched yet. I have made multiple attempts to receive the remaining funds but they are avoiding the refund. Please help.

    I purchased my vechile in May 2023. On december 27 2023 I requested a cancellation of my gap and maintenance program as I was misled about the useage of these programs. I completed the refund process with the dealer and received a prorate for the gap but nothing for the prepaid maintenance. I keep calling and even gone in person but they are refusing to help. I am requesting a full refund of my prepaid maintenance.

    I bought a Hybrid Hyundai Tucson **** from Lehman Hyundai on Sep 23 2023, by trading in a 2020 Honda CR-V EX with only ***** miles. I have a number of complaints on how the transaction was processed at Lehman Hyundai, *************, which I describe as follows: As per the enclosed Purchase Agreement, Deal number ***** the listed price of the vehicle was $ *********, to which the following items were added by the dealer without proper justification. Detailed list is below:a) **********, a painting treatment applied by the dealer under the excuse that the vehicle painting would only last well with such extra - Charge cost: ******** (plus tax);b) Lowjack Plus, a security device to allow the vehicle to be tracked and found, in case of theft, totally unecessary to me as I am fully covered by **************** Cost charged: $ ****** plus tax.c) Pre-delivery service charges at the extorsive price of $1,199.00, plus tax, probably covering the installation of the two items above (a and b) unwanted by the customer but imposed as mandatory by the dealer. I recognize that I initialed the purchase agreement stating the both purchases were being made voluntarily by me. However, I was told that such items could not be refused, as they were already physically installed in the vehicle and could not be removed.I recognize that at that point what I should have done was walk out without the transaction, but I was weak and considered having to go to another dealer a nuisance that I wanted to avoid.I recognize that my initialing the proper fields of the purchase agreement I basically voided my basis for complaining, but the fact is that the dealer is structured to take advantage of its costumer that way and that is not good business behavior. After I left there I felt extorted and having been made a fool by such a bunch of crooks, reason why I decided to write to that BBB to register my complaint about such type of bad business acting in the area.

    My car was towed to the dealership in May 2023 I was told the engine needed to be replaced the manufacturer covered the cost, I was then advised of a diagnostic test conducted and was told i needed a hose and a battery and the cost would be around 600. Months went by so I decided to go to the dealer for a status update and was told the original manager and assigned tech were let go and my car was awaiting to be assigned a tech. The new tech ******* advised a month later that the engine, battery and hose was in but now after yet another diagnostic test is performed stated my brake line was no good and the car was not safe to drive off the lot. I told ******* absolutely not my brake pads and line was perfectly fine when the car came and after the first 4 diagnostic test were performed so if there was an issue they caused it. Two months after I went to request a loaner after incurring over **** in rental car fees. I was sent a diagnostic report stating the *** had malfunctioned and the proposed a cost of **** just for the brakes not to mention labor and the other cost I stated again I was not liable he says the diagnostic test said they didn't cause it which I'm not no mechanic but I've never heard a test stating who was at fault but yesterday I received a text stating the manager whom never seems to be available when I come and call said that if I'm not going to do the brakes i have to tow my car or there going to charge me storage fees after having my car for 5 months and its still not drivable. I told him how I was calling and he continued sending me to voicemail and then text that i preferred to have a conversation rather than text then he stop texting but never called or answered hen I called. the previous text when they first mentioned the brakes he said for everything including the battery, hose and brakes would be 986 now he states what's due is **** for just the battery and hose.

    I dropped my SUV ( Hyundai, Tucson) I thought was Lehman Hyundai. Which has been brought out by another ******* Dealership (which is what I was told in conversation with an assistant manager who told me his name was ******. On July 13, 2023 at 4:47PM, I dropped my SUV off because of a recall from Hyundai for the engine default. They kept my vehicle from July 13, 2023, until Aug. 12, 2023. While my vehicle was in their possession it was DAMAGED I noticed the next day after my car was back in my possession. I called for several days, and no one seemed to want to return my call. I finally was able to speak to someone in reference to the matter. Her name was ****, she asked me to bring my vehicle in for viewing. I explained to her that I would not be able to until around 6:00PM. She expressed to me that the manager leaves at 5:00PM. I told her that I would try and come around 1:00PM (on my lunch break). While visiting the location. I explained to her the DAMAGE to my vehicle. She took pictures of the DAMAGE. While taking the pictures of the damage, she told me the manager by which I was waiting to speak to was in a meeting and that she would relay the concerns to him. I was told his name was ***** (I have yet to speak to *****). I waited until Tuesday (Sept 5th) to call. I had to leave a message because **** did not answer when I called. When she returned my call, she claimed she called me on Thursday (Aug 31). I had no call from her nor anyone from Hyundai. But that's beside the point. She said they are not liable for the DAMAGE because it's regular wear and tear on the car. So, I asked her to have a supervisor contact me. Someone by the name of ****** called me and said they are not liable. I was told by him (******) He did not even have pictures of my car in the front of him to view. I asked him to check the surveillance camera. He told me they are not working. THIS IS A SHAME ! They did not try to resolve my concern nor options to help. Horrible *****************

    I recently purchased the new 2023 Genesis GV80 SUV around March of this year. I have done extensive research and sought out recommendations on which high luxury vehicle is best to acquire. My final choice was Genesis. With family and friends who own other luxury brand cars, I wanted to stand out and display that Genesis can hold its own. However, today I was completely shocked and disappointed. I had discovered that the Lehman Genesis in *************, *******, sold me a 2023 Genesis with old *************************************************************************************** the vehicle. While there upon inspection, I found that the tires that where placed were old and was still sold to me. I informed the service manager *************************** about this issue. He told me that it was not their issue and that I would have to reach out to the ******* tire manufacturer on my own. I felt deceived as if this was fraudulent because I do not expect to be sold a new car with old tires. I didnt get professionalism form him at all. He was abrasive, rude, and nonchalant with his approach, attitude, and tone. It is unfortunate that I was treated like this especially this being a high safety risk and concern. I would like that this be addressed and resolved as soon as possible. This is not a high standard Genesis experience nor professionalism as a whole.     Good morning,I'm looking for help regarding a "We Owe You" item on a contract by the car dealership. The car was purchased in February 2023 for $20K. The contract states that the Car dealership needs to fix a broken screen in the car and detail the car as the car had not been cleaned/detailed prior to me purchasing it. I have reached out numerous times to the business, service, parts, the sales, General Manager (**************) , and the Customer Relations Manager (**************) and have not been able to resolve this matter. I even called Corporate for Lehman Hyundai to open a case, ********. I am at the point where I will get it fixed and ask for reimbursement. I should never have been waiting this long.
