I have been having issues with my Amazon credit card through *********** I opened the card in 2021 and have not until recently been able to log in to check my statements. When I have tried to resolve this issue with them they have never been able to help me get my username and password correct. They have had the incorrect email as well as phone number for me since then and as a result, I have not even been able to set up my account with them to be able to access my transacitons (this is a separate issue that I will be filing about also.) In regard to this complaint, I discovered that I have been billed **** a month from a company listed only as CSLDTR.com on my credit card statement. Through ****** searching I was able to locate the company. Bazan Holding Company. They have been fraudulently billing my card $**** multiple times a month since April 9, 2022.I have not been able to figure out why my Amazon account balance has not been going down despite regular payments. This is why. As a result of these charges, I have accrued added interest as well as a couple of late fees. When I contacted this company they apologized for the activity and then offered me a ***** refund as compensation for their fraudulent activity. I informed them that was not going to work and that with fees as well as charges they owed me $446.74. They continued to respond to my inquiry with "there is nothing I can do" I requested a transcript of our chat conversation and was told it would be emailed to me, however, that has not happened either. I am going to take legal action as well but I want to involve the BBB in hopes that they will do the right thing and I will not have to file a lawsuit for fraud against them.Initial Complaint

On April 28, 2023, I was contacted by my financial institution regarding a potentially fraudulent charge on my debit card account. It was a charge of $49.99 from a company called prtvmng.com. I have never heard of that company, nor have I done any business with them. My bank closed my account as fraud and gave me the number to call the company and have them reverse the charge. I called them (spoke with **** at ************). He said he could not help me unless I released a lot of PII. I refused and he said he could not help me. I am hoping the BBB will help me get this fraudulent charge removed from my account and make sure whatever I have been enrolled in has been canceled. There was also an attempted charge of ***** at juydet.com on 4/28. This was declined, but the website is very similar to the prtvmng.com site. I want to make sure they don't attempt to bill me again.
