      We received an unsolicited invoice for a Yellow Pages listing and web profile that we did not request. The 1 year listing is for $0.88, and then 2 years will cost $789.71. We did not request these services, and no contract exists. We are NOT going to pay this invoice, and we do not want them to contact us again in the future. Please contact them and have them cancel anything they in regards to our company/contact information.

      This company is billing my company for services we do not want nor desire. We have no contract. We spoke to representatives from this company last year about ending any and all services we may or may not have had in the past and not to contact us again. Now, after we had sent in a payment of $272.61, we received another bill from them of $235.00 for services that were automatically renewed without our permission. The company also states they are going to charge us interest if we do not pay! The Yellow Pages Directory needs to cancel anything they have for us in their system and not contact us again, as we asked for them to do last year.

      We received the letter with statement from Yellow Pages Directory *********************************************** Account #********** INVOICE#**-**********-16 the amount is listed $498.81 and We have never subscribed to this service. I called the number on the invoice and the company name is not on any of the voicemail prompts and I was not able to get a person on the phone. We would like this invoice cancelled.

      Yellow Pages Directory is based in ********, **. This fake company is located in *****, **. Sending out invoices claiming they are someone else. This is a scam! Beware.

      Recently, our business received an invoice for a listing service from the Yellow Pages, despite the fact that we never signed up for or requested such a service. We find this billing situation both puzzling and frustrating, as we have not engaged in any agreement or communication with Yellow Pages regarding a listing service.The details on the invoice include services that we did not order or authorize, and we believe this to be an error or possibly an instance of miscommunication. We have tried to resolve this matter directly with Yellow Pages, but unfortunately, we have not been able to contact anyone associated with this business after multiple attempts. This situation has not only caused unnecessary confusion but also raised concerns about the business practices of the Yellow Pages directory. We believe that billing for services that were neither requested nor rendered is both unethical and a violation of fair business practices.We kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and facilitating a resolution. Our hope is that this complaint will prompt a thorough review of Yellow Pages' billing practices and prevent other businesses from experiencing similar issues.

      Received statement on 11/16/2023 from Yellow Pages Directory (Invoice #: 24-**********-11 Account #: **********). This is from **********************, **** ******** #A6161. *****, **. I have phoned the toll # ************ on statement when I select an option there is no response and the ************ number is not in service. Amount due on statement is $498.81 In past we did use Yellow Pages but have canceled all old accounts.

      We received an unauthorized invoice for services/products we never authorized nor signed up for from Yellow Pages Directory. Apparently this seems to be a scam invoice that is going around. This invoice should be deleted immediately and we wish to never be contacted by them again.

      I made a transaction with this fraudulent business on 9-14-2023. They misled me into believing they were the real Yellow Pages. They are in fact a copycat, who charges $50 for a business listing - even though it is free with Yellow Pages. I reported the issue with PayPal who denied my request within 5 minutes for a refund due to being misled. I can't help but believe PayPal is in bed with this fake Yellow Pages service, since they only offer PayPal transactions on the website. instead of focusing on work for my business, I need to know dispute this transaction, and regain access to my real Yellow Pages account that they have hijacked.
