Please dispute your charge right away they are fraudsters. I paid over $2,200. Will be taking them to small claims court soon if they do not win my dispute.

I agree with **** B from her post of 3/22/2025. I too was scammed by Maurizio at the ********************** store in January 2025. He discounted my purchase and I too received the products from *****. He told me and my husband for me to try it for two months and if I didn't like it, I could return it for a full refund. Well, two months have passed and I tried to return the products and was told no, even though he told me I could. I sent photos and Maurizio told me the company said they saw results; there were no results, the same as when I started. Maurizio has been ghosting me on texts and I have been having difficulty reaching him. Him and his "partner" tried to give me some money back but I want it all back. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR THE COMPANY. I am out over $2,100 and wish I would have researched the company better.

I wish I had looked here before being introduced to the Empire Tech DOR24K COSMETICS. I am embarrassed to say that I was scammed by the Puerto Vallarta, Mexico branch. Emptechpro.com, Maurizio DLH. I fell for their whole act. The salespeople are VERY good Actors and, have a Hook and Line, and are experts at playing their roles! If anyone ever approaches you on the Malecón with a puffy eye or other skin care treatment, please ignore them and keep walking. Their pain relief claims momentarily swept me away, and I walked out with a $5,510 purchase. I realized the scam the next day and returned the unopened merchandise for a refund. Maurizio would not allow me to return the merchandise for a refund. He told us that we only had 24 hours to return the items, and since he had already registered the product, he could not resell it. We left the merchandise there and opted to have him ship it to us. We received the shipment in two days, not from Puerto Vallarta but from Miami. It wasn't even the same "Registered" merchandise. What fools we are! Be Aware!

A HUGE ******* - purchased at their Bahamas location and Company will not honor it's return policy or warranty because it was purchased outside the US. Similar items found brand new on eBay at less than 10% of their selling price. Company is also able to block eBay listings citing infringement on company's intellectual property rights. In other words if you buy this overpriced product outside the US you are stuck with it. My guess is they also play the same game no matter where you purchase it. I would not recommend dealing with this company with all it's hyped up ant-aging products

Absolutely the worst scam out there. They show you a fake receipt that people are actually paying these high prices but theyre not. The eye product is the same you can get much cheaper but theyre talking so fast and know youre older and vulnerable. 3 tubes for $800! Then he tries to sell me the red light device. I said absolutely not and he starts looking sad and says he will buy some for me and gets out his cc then says I can do payments. I walked out at that point. This is theft by deception. Dont go near anywhere that hands out samples at bayside marketplace in *****

What a scam! Overpriced and undervalued. Mine has stopped working. It shuts off even though it is fully charged. I'd like a refund.

I have been using the emp tech pro technology for the past 8 months. Red light for my spine . It made a huge improvement in my lower back. I used the blue light to help cure pneumonia. I also used the red light on my face. Folks think I look like I am in my late forties, early fifties. I proved to myself that the technology does work.Thier high pressure sales tactics don't work. It gives them a bad name. I owned a business for 21 years before returning to college to earn my MBA. I worked in sales all of my life. I developed my businesses by being upftont and honest with people. I educated folks about what I was selling and I always did what was best for my customers. I did not participate in high pressure sales tactics. It paid off. I always got excellent ratings and lots of customers. Please reeducate your sales people. You have great products, just lousy sales training. .

BS scam company using "independent retailers" (with a table at a trade show or a kiosk at a mall/airport) using high-pressure sales tactics to separate vulnerable customers (usually older women) from thousands of dollars for skincare products that can be found for a few bucks anywhere. They lie, cheat people out of their money, and dodge accountability. They deserve an F rating and to be investigated for fraud.
