Awful. **************** is poor. Items shipped months ago and they claim no refund can be received because they shipped. Yet, they have no idea where they are. Refuse to investigate. And shipping # has a non existent attachment to it. Don't buy from themReview from Dana R

This is literally the shadiest company ever. I should have checked BBB.org sooner. I placed my order in May and received a notification that my order was ready to ship not long after but never received a tracking number. I reached out to customer service for an update since it was outside their promised delivery window. My shirt still hadnt been made. They said it was going to be expedited. Nope! Didnt happen. Checked in again, gave me a bunk tracking link that didnt have any information. I gave it some time, nothing. Wrote them again, was promised that it was shipping out in a few days. That was 3 weeks ago. I kept up with them, asking for a refund. They gave me a 10% refund and multiple times they thought a discount code would help. Which wont, because Im never buying from them again. A week ago they gave me a tracking number and said it was en route, but despite the label having been created, it still isnt in the system. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!Thank goodness I only spent $50. It is a sunk cost for me, but I dont want anyone else to get screwed over.Review from AARON T

I placed an order June 7. I have yet to receive any kind of information regarding tracking and only received canned responses when asking about my order. Finally demanded a refund only to initially be told that they would remake the item AGAIN or offer me store credit. Left a review on Trust Pilot and someone finally reached out and CLAIMS to have initiated a refund while asking to have the poor review removed.Review from Michael S

Do not buy anything from this company, I ordered a single shirt a month ago and still have not received anything when they quote a couple of weeks for processing/delivery on their site. I have gotten the run around from their customer service team and still have yet to receive a tracking number. They refused to provide a refund and only offered an in store credit. Like I would ever attempt to purchase anything from them when they couldnt even deliver a single shirt. I would rate them zero starts if it was an option. This site is ether a complete scam or is just incredibly unprofessional. I placed a ~$400 (CAD) order for hoodies and was supposed to have them shipped within the week and get a tracking #. After 3+ weeks, I hadn't received any updates so I emailed them. They replied within 1-2 days and I was told that my order had never been processed or prepared, despite the email confirmation and them receiving my full payment. They said it would be expedited and shipped asap, and once again, that I would receive a tracking number "shortly". Ok, np, I let it go and decided to trust them again.After another 2+ weeks with no updates, once again, I emailed them back. They replied again after 2-3 days, stating there was another issue causing delay. At this point I had lost all patience and trust in the company and had seen so many "red flags", beginning to seriously fear that I had been scammed. They refused to give any discount or help me, so I demanded a refund. They said it would take 3-10 days and if I didn't receive it, to contact them immediately. 3-10 regular days go by, nothing. 10 business days go by (2 regular weeks), still nothing. I email them, and they tell me that this time they were "having issues with my account" and that was the excuse for the refund not going through. I immediately went on PayPal and reported the purchase. PayPal attempted to contact "Fresh Hoods" directly in order to confirm details, and the deadline (about 1-2 weeks) for them to respond expired (assuming they completely ignored PayPal and tried to evade them or avoid the situation). So finally, after dealing with this ordeal for almost 2 months, I never received a single product from "Fresh Hoods" and got my full refund, ONLY thanks to PayPal.In summary, this is the closest I have ever come to being scammed, or feeling scammed. I will NEVER be going anywhere near this site again and would warn others to STAY AWAY, as it screams of fraudulence. They should also be investigated.Review from Stephanie J

Shipping took nearly 1 month. When the order finally arrived the clothes were too small. They BS you around with partial refunds and store credits in the hopes you'll keep their merchandise. They make it impossible to return anything, because you have to ship it to ********. I will never buy from them again and HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company.Review from Pamela C

I ordered a t-shirt and sweatshirt from Fresh Hoods which took 3 months to arrive. The material in both items is very cheap quality. The serging/stitching down the inside of the arms on the sweatshirt actually hurts when you wear it! I think they used plastic thread. When I complained, I was told that I needed to return the items at my expense to ******** (from ******) with tracking. The shipping was almost going to exceed the price of the items! Their customer service offered a discount in lieu of sending them back but I don't want any more items of such poor quality. The seatshirt is not even wearable! This company has no intention of making things right, and it's obvious that they created an ****** difficult (and expensive!) return process in order to deter customers from returning anything. WARNING DO NOT BUY From Fresh hoods! This company is a joke and you will be very disappointed if you buy anything from them. After checking out the cool designs and pondering if I should buy from them for weeks I decided to try them out. I purchased 2 hoodies and a vest. Here is my experience: (1) It took months for my order to be delivered. When I chased it up I was advised that they are checking the quality and that I will be notified of the tracking number. (2) After 3 months my order randomly arrived with no notifications. (4) The fabric quality is so cheap and nasty that I have seen better quality in $1 shops (5) one of the hoodies had a major printing issue where the lines as blurry and so to look at it is very unpleasant and makes you feel like you are either drunk or have something wrong with your vision (6) I contacted Fresh Hoods to complain and they told me that there is nothing they can do. (7) I complained another 4 times, sending photos multiple times till they said that I have to send the faulty item back to them at my expense. (8) I dont believe that for a faulty product I should have to pay for shipping and so I complained again, once again I was rejected. (9) I sent more photos and explained that I will post on every social media platform if they do not do the right thing, especially as I only wanted a refund on the one faulty product. (10) I finally received a vague message saying that I have to return the item to ******** within 14 days to begin the process, no mention of full refund or for paying for the shipping. Bearing in mind I live in ***********, 14 days to send something to ******** I would have to send on express service that would cost half the value of the hoodie, with no guarantee of a refund. They offered to discount the piece of rubbish by 20% but honestly due to the very poor quality of material this wouldnt even serve as a cleaning rag. If you are still reading this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM FRESH HOODS!!!!Review from Leanne S

I am so frustrated. When I ordered a hoodie that I paid 45$ for which I think is already a lot, the confirmation email said I it would be shipped within 5 days. I ordered it on 5/10/24 and am approaching two weeks without any shipping information. I submitted an online contact form regarding this issue and received a reply that my order is ready and they will send me shipping tracking number soon. They also provided a link to their shipment tracking but they never sent the actual tracking number. Their telephone number does not work and I have not been able to find an actual email address where I can write anything about the issue. They only have the ability to fill in a contact form which only gives them my order date, name and email address, order number. There is no space for comments and no number to call. I will absolutely never buy anything from them again. Im hoping I receive my order. If not, I want my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous. I also do not appreciate that I found their product on a social media platform used by many and they have lots of followers. How has this issue not grown more quickly. They are scamming people. I am so heated about this.
