      I bought a supposedly a large box of tropical pineapples and got mini small pineapples. I could buy bigger pineapples in the store for 3.00. This company is ripping people off with their pimp attics. People thinking they getting quality fruit and you getting fruit that is price gouging and overpriced for c*** I contacted them by email and told them to cancel my subscription, they told me since I hadnt had at least four orders, that they would charge my account ****** to cancel my subscription. First off you charging me ****** to cancel for some pineapples? These people are super scammers and they business needs to be shut down asap. They are complete trash! Shut they a** down!

      Your first subscription order was free as a part of a promotion for subscribing to a minimum of four shipments. I've attached a photo for reference. 

      Your second Subscription order was discounted 20% off of the retail cost to $141.60, and the retail cost is $177 per large box.

      I made an exception to cancel your Subscription early at no cost to you, so you will no longer receive recurring orders moving forward.

      In the future, if you choose the "Subscribe and Save" option at checkout please be committed to receiving a minimum of 4 boxes prior to cancellation so we can continue offering the highly discounted orders that this system allows for.

      This business has a phone number that does not answer. Only a prerecorded message. They have chosen to to respond to emails and messages via ********* They never provided proper tracking. They wanted me to download an app for that. I received a notification that it was delivered but it was not to my address!!! They're scammers!!!

      I paid for an order of blue Java bananas back in June of 2020 and received a confirmation email I had no correspondence until I reached out in Nov of the same year I was told due to the storms it would be around a 1-2 year wait now two years later I had sent another email asking for an update of any kind months later now and no update

      Our Blue Java product description states the following on our website: "Please note this fruit is in extremely high demand due to a huge surge in popularity online. Please expect a three or more year wait time after pre-ordering. We are growing a small amount on our 7.5 acre farm along with many other fruit trees."

      We are currently working on fulfilling orders placed back in January of 2019 at this time.

      Your pre-order is holding your place in line, as we do fulfill all orders on a first come first serve basis.

      They continuously send text promotions but then don't honor the promotion once on their website. Either the fruit ive chosen doesn't qualify, or they are "at capacity" even though they sent the texts just minutes before. They don't honor the promotions, so why bother me with then.

      I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! I specifically asked for no bananas (I am allergic) and yet, the box I recieved was full of them. They also sent a pineapple, cacao, and blood oranges...fruits I can literally get at the grocery store. I spent money on what I thought would be an experience. Now, I do understand it is a leftovers box, but you are telling me there were no other fruits worth the wait?? They had nothing else to provide in the place of common fruits? Why not communicate this to your customers, especially after providing an option of communicating specifics, in which case I did! Their response was to basically deal with it. This company is garbage, and mishandles customers. No way I, and others are being ripped off for typical fruits, $97 to be exact: one pineapple, one small box of kumquat, one small orange, one cacao pod, and bananas.

      Every week we harvest all of our fruit fresh and ship it directly to our customers. We always harvest a little extra in case we get last-minute orders that we can fulfill. The Leftovers Box will contain the leftover fruits from our Weekly harvest. This box was created to reduce waste and provide access to some of our fruit at a discount. 
       
       Fruits that could potentially be included are: bananas, mamey, avocado, guava, dragonfruit, passionfruit, kumquats, or other in season fruits.
       
      This box will likely contain 1-3 different varieties of fruit, or it may contain more depending on what's available. If you want a wide variety of fruit, please order the Variety Box.
       
      Each week our harvests vary, and we can NOT take special requests for this product, *not even for fruit allergies*.
       
      We do not offer Refunds for Leftovers Boxes. 


      Due to your misunderstanding of this product, and this being your first order with us; we did provide a full refund in this situation. However, our product description clearly advertises the information stated above.

      Miami Fruit large $412 box was half rotten, most the box was packing. **** a small amount of fruit for $400 bucks. Total rip-off. I looked at the reviews after my purchase, schame on me. No wonder they do so much marketing, they always need new customers. I doubt anyone repeats the same mistake twice. Here is what $400 bucks gets you!

      We do have a forgiving Refund Policy in the event that you receive fruit that is damaged, spoiled, or if it arrives in poor condition.

      Anytime you have an issue with how an order is received, we ask that you send us pictures here showing the condition of all of the product received on the same day of delivery.

      If an order is received well, but a ripening issue is detected at a later date, we ask that you send us pictures as soon as that ripening issue is detected.

      If you can send us an email to ********************************** containing photos with date and time stamps from either the date of delivery, or the date of detecting the ripening issue, I can certainly look into this situation further for you.

      I recently ordered several boxes of the fruit "Pomelo" for myself and my family. They all arrived safely and undamaged. The issue at hand is whether they are truly pomelos or simply nice grapefruits. Having eaten pomelos in *****, these are a much different fruit. These have a pinkish hue, while the pomelos in ***** were much larger and the flesh was lime-colored. The casing of each section of fruit was tougher and not very edible. Also, the edible portion was mildly sweet and not ****** juicy. The fruit I received were juicy and taste exactly like a grapefruit. My question is: Was my order filled with real Pomelos? I don't believe it was.

      Order date: 5/7/22 Amount Paid: $87.30 the store offers: "Miami Fruit is dedicated to providing the highest quality tropical fruit to people all over the *************. Every week we harvest delicious and exotic fruits from our farm and local farms in South ******* and beyond."All the fruit received was stunned (taken off the tree too soon and therefore will never ripen) or rotten, out of what they state were 10 lbs of fruit only 2 dragon fruits were edible. everything else in the box was either spoiled or stunned fruit. Pictures are available upon request.The business offered to give credit for future orders of $5 But I can't ever order from them again due to the bad quality of the received product.Only a full refund or a new delivery with the "highest quality tropical fruit" as they promise on their website *** tracking number: *****************
