The business received our goods on April 27th 2023, signed by employee, confirmed by ***** and the merchant that shipped the goods.....package has yet to be forward from place of business, each contact to the company, a different explanation/excuse was given, all debunked by ****** **** etc only until recently company confirmed goods at hand with themselves, however 3 weeks have gone by and have yet to forward the package to us.....they constantly do not answer directly our concerns...almost oblivious to what is happening and that our request to have our item is not priority to them...they tell us to wait....it is delayed....since delivery it has been more than 95 days, they have neither refused or accepted our two resolutions 1] to forward the item to our ******** address or [2] reimburse us for replacement value of the item ......we will be contacting ***** *********** to assist us as at this point either the business, lost our item , does not have it, or has no intention to give it to us which is rightfully and legally ours....at this juncture we believe that their actions show intent to keep the item or withholding item for no reason . We have advised business that we will need to have the judicial system assist us in resolving this as they tell us simply to keep waiting but never give a timeline or reason as to what is going on....Customer response

Business stated they have no legal liability for lost items which is illegal and consumer fraud , their agent signed for the item , it was and is in their possession, we have filed a theft police report in Miami dade and have follow *** with the defective assigned to this case, recommendations was to follow up with consumer protection agency as well
