I requested that they do an assignment for me. I submitted the exact assignment as well as date needed for it they reviewed it and said they would be able to provide by Sep 10 @10pm for $566.66 usd.They did not do the specifics of the assignment. They did not do the specific research for assignment, which was a big part of the project, nor the time line.When I complained about it they said that they didnt know how and asked me for the answer the research was available online you just needed to do ****** searches. I asked for a refund and they said they would submit it to the ** department and gave me the impression it would be a fair refund.They gave me 15% refund saying everything was done properly. When i insisted that they didnt do more than 50% of the task they asked me to provide the grade and the task I did submit so I provided it to them and provided me with an addition 15% saying to get more refund I needed to provide video evidence of what I submitted not sure how I would get that considering its in the past and they never asked for that. Also, now they admitted they didnt do the research, the research was the main part of the project.Id like 50% refund because they didnt do the task and expected me to do the research for them and them just to format it.The task was clearly stated and outlined in my request and clearly not done.If they could not do it they should not have taken my money and just said we do not have the knowledge to do this.
