I placed an order in early March last year and was told it would be shipped in July. It did not. Then was told ****** then September then October and finally late in November I was told it was complete and ready to ship. I asked that they hold it until March because I didn't want to store it and they would not refund the order. I contacted them in this March only to be told it was never constructed. It's been a year! I asked that because it has been a year and it wasn't even built I wanted an exception to their refund policy. I was told no. I asked for dimensions for the products in boxes so I could arrange for shipping and they never bothered to respond.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 2/18/22 Amount Paid:$89,247.75 Business Committed to Providing:A number of Outdoor furniture pieces to ship by 6/17/2022 Nature of the Dispute:Vendor has yet to ship anything on this order. The original ship date we were provided was 6/17/22 but ever since it has consistently been moved out whenever we ask for an update.Full Timeline 2/17: Said it would ship on 6/9 6/20: Atmosphere asked for tracking 7/8: Source said it would ship on 8/19 7/8: Atmosphere asked for them to expedite 9/1: Atmosphere followed up with Source, no response 9/13: Atmosphere followed up with Source for an update, no response 9/23: Source responded saying they were looking into it 9/23: Source responded saying it would ship on 10/7 9/25: Atmosphere responded saying this needs to be expedited due to the long delay 9/26: Atmosphere responded asking for a resolution, Source committed to shipping by Thursday/Friday that week (9/29 or 9/30)9/27: Atmosphere followed up confirming ship date, no response 9/28: Atmosphere followed up confirming ship date, Source responded saying there was a delay 9/29: Source confirmed order won't ship this week 10/4: Atmosphere followed up, no response 10/5: Atmosphere followed up, Source responded saying they need 5-6 business days to complete order 10/10: Atmosphere followed up, no response 10/11: Source responded saying they're working on it 10/13: Atmosphere followed up, at the 6 business day **** expecting items to ship, no response 10/14: Atmosphere followed up, Source responded saying they're still working on it and won't provide new ship date 10/17: *Date issue submitted* no ship date has been provided by vendor Account/order Info: OSF2057073 / D676974-48
