The Armory parking underwent construction for months. Note that The Armory is fully enclosed and climate controlled. I was offered alternative parking 5 blocks away, which was not comparable as it was outdoors. They wanted me to pay more or sign a new agreement for a different comparable garage, but I declined. During construction, they announced a delay in reopening. I asked for an indoor garage again but was refused. Finally, they said The Armory would reopen on July 1 with a rate increase to $120/month. Since I wasn't given 30 days notice of an increase, I decided to cancel. They claimed notice wasn't needed as I was reassigned to a different lot for $80/month, but the screenshot they provided to prove reassignment said "armory." I've asked to cancel and refund the June bill, but no one at Reef has been helpful. I want my contract terminated, parking bill refunded, and any debt wiped. I was then charged again in July with a refused payment fee. I have contested all charges with my card. I haven't used the facilities after construction.
