The Armory parking underwent construction for months. Note that The Armory is fully enclosed and climate controlled. I was offered alternative parking 5 blocks away, which was not comparable as it was outdoors. They wanted me to pay more or sign a new agreement for a different comparable garage, but I declined. During construction, they announced a delay in reopening. I asked for an indoor garage again but was refused. Finally, they said The Armory would reopen on July 1 with a rate increase to $120/month. Since I wasn't given 30 days notice of an increase, I decided to cancel. They claimed notice wasn't needed as I was reassigned to a different lot for $80/month, but the screenshot they provided to prove reassignment said "armory." I've asked to cancel and refund the June bill, but no one at Reef has been helpful. I want my contract terminated, parking bill refunded, and any debt wiped. I was then charged again in July with a refused payment fee. I have contested all charges with my card. I haven't used the facilities after construction. The person I worked with at Reef was ******************************************* I expect a full refund, debt erasure, and account closure. There was an incident with a valet driver at my building, he FORGOT to turn off the car after he parked it and left it on over night. He caused severe damage to as exhausting the gas, breaking the fuel pump, computer fail, fuse, battery, etc. The repair was not cover (took it to two shops) due to the fact that the key shows it was left on overnight burning the fuel pump, etc. I was told that from now on only the supervisors will be driving it, which it is a drastic measure, I do not care who drives it as long as the person that caused all these damages and inconveniences does not drive it again. I was guaranteed that he will not be driving it. To my surprise this week, he was driving my car again. It has been such an inconvenience, first of all because I had to rent a car for over a week, I work with a trailer, so in addition I had to rent a U-Haul in order to continue working, and also because I do not want any issues where I live. I was left with no options but to file this complaint as my emails are being IGNORED, which is unacceptable, I emailed 3 people and nobody has the decency to reply or to provide me the status of my claims.It is not the first time there is issues with valet, they can review previous emails.
