Utilized the website on Tuesday 07/23/2024 and made a reservation for long term parking in *******. Followed the directions provided on the morning of Wednesday 07/24/2024. When arrived was told that the website is a scam and that the directions they provided were wrong and had to pay an additional $101.39 to a completely different company to park. Since then I have called and emailed the company with absolutely no response.Customer response

I booked *** offsite long-term airport parking online with Parkobility. I received a confirmation email. Immediately after that, I received an email subject "[Action Required) Verify your email". This email didn't reference Parkobility. I made an error in my booking so I called the number provided in the confirmation. No answer. I emailed the service address. No response. I called my **** and the charge went through. I put a hold on my account, changed my ****** password, and started researching *******************. This seems fraudulent. Hopefully, I have taken the steps to protect myself. I don't know how to report this so it can be looked into.Initial Complaint

I was Charged $62.00 to reserve a parking spot at Budget Parking in ********* ********* close to the airport for a flight to *****. When I arrived at 4:30 a.m to park, I was informed that their company does not use, and hasn't used Parkobility services anymore. I was charged an additional $49.00 from Budget to park. I reached out numerous times by phone and email to Parkobility . They will not respond. I am seeking a refund for The $62.00 I paid to park at a company that has not used Parkobility in a long time. I had to pay the additional money . I feel they knew their service was not used Budget parking. Terrible customer service and very deceptive company practice.Initial Complaint

I booked a parking reservation from 12/23-12/28 of 2022 and paid $34.64; however, the airline cancelled my flight the day of the flight on 12/23 (as millions of other flights across the country were cancelled due to the winter storm/cold) so I was unable to cancel this prior to 12/23/22. I have since written the company by mail, sent numerous emails left at least six voice messages and posted two reviews which I have uploaded as part of this complaint. I understand their cancellation policy but it does not address when an airline cancels a flight the same day.
