Upon arrival all 3 attendants did not greet me nor offer help After 30 mins there I had to approach the older 17-20ish old girl to ask can you guys help me out with setup. Their spirits was dull nonchalant and boring not happy AT ALL. Horrible customer service. They looked like they didnt want to be there. All 3 stayed behind the counter majority of the time.The cotton candy machine was never offered nor turned on! Food hot dogs and pizza wasnt offered to guest. If I didnt bring food my guests wouldnt have eaten. As they didnt give food that was included in the package out. Also your staff didnt want to give us utensils and tongs to serve the food. A bowl of popcorn was set out on the counter for everyone to dig in. Unsanitary!!Actually the only time one girl offered to help was to serve the cake Thanks!I DID NOT GET MY BACK DROP THAT COMES WITH THE ***** PACKAGE i deserve an refund as I said I wanted to use it for something else as I provided the main back drop The video game wasnt turned on for the kids I had to stop and ask them to turn it on 2 hours into the party. I also had to stop and ask for the ball for the foosball table.Your guys approached me at 7:25pm asking if I wanted to extend the party for an hour for 175$ ending at 8:30pm I agreed. We started packing 8:15pm everyone was out by 8:45pm you then wanted to charged me for an additional 30mins cause we are still there making sure your place was clean and my staff was out(hint the stairs is horrible when loading and unloading) & in your words my employees wants to go home. Why would you offer me to extend another hour if your employees was ready to go?. You wanted me to pay another hour to clean up. Youre a scammer. You as a boss have no business sense, no customer service, rude, money hungry, not people friendly, your staff is even worst as they learned from you. I would never reference anyone to your company. You wont be in business much longer your attitude ***** the only time
