I received an email from Cash advance usa stating I owe them money when I have never took out a loan with them they are threatening too take me too court I asked for documents or some proof when this loan was supposedly taken out and for a phone number that I could call but they are refusing too do this as stated in the email I received from them by a guy named *****************Initial Complaint

I received an email on January 31, 2023 alleging that I owe a debt. When I requested a debt verification letter as well as documentation that proves I owe the debt, such as a contract signed by myself and information on what authority the agency has to collect debt within the *************, such as a license, I got no further response. Today I got an email approved for a loan I applied for. The representative was *********************** or so he said. The first problem was the contract sent as there were a lot of errors. The second problem was the request for the funds to be sent back in a different method by which I would receive the loan. I happily declined and the "loan officer" asked me why I changed my mind as well as if I received the corrected contract.Initial Complaint

The company called and was harassing me today from a 208 area phone number they said they were going to deduct $38.42 from my bank account that I signed for the approved loan. I applied for the loan though I never signed it see the attached doc. This company has access to my bank account. They then threatened to call the police on me when they're harassing me trying to take money from my bank account. I asked this company to void the contract and to provide me with proof of signature they didn't. I had asked them to email me a copy of my signature they didn't. They're crooks. I don't want them to do any damage on my credit report, because they threatened to do that as well. I'm trying to get housing. I DON'T WANT THIS LOAN THEY NEVER SENT THE MONEY TO THE **** THEY'RE TRYING TO WITHDRAWL MY MONEY AND HARASSING ME AND THREATENING MY CREDIT. They told me I was approved for ***** u.s. dollars. They took my personal bank information they deposited **** U.S. dollars as a provisional credit to my account. They called me as if they were the fraud department of my bank and had me Zelle the **** u.s dollars to a personal Zelle account. Now I owe the bank **** u.s dollars. The are a fraudulent company and they used my personal information.
