    This company has called me over and over about a loan I can not afford. They know I can not afford a $49,000 loan. After referring to me properly multiple times, they continued to try and mock me and call me by the wrong nam... they proceeded to hang up okbme time and time again and would purposely call me the wrong name when they answered. I have no idea how this is a company but they shouldn't be...8

    filed a dispute claim on 2/12/25 for a unauthorized transaction on my one app account, as of 3/27/25 one app have refused to give me a temporary credit for the fraudulent transaction that took place on my account, they are in violation of regulation e policy and they keep stating they are not going to give me a temporary credit even though i fall into the category to receive one, and from my understanding the merchant has already credited $61.45 back to my account, so they refuse to give me a temporary credit and they also refuse to give me the final credit after they already received the credit from the merchant

    **** said that they can't give me a reason all they said was it was unusual activity which i called several times to verify I told them I was on vacation they said it was from someone on the internal team which they would not let me speak with them nor did i ever hear from them.that I performed so since March 5th I have not been able to access all the money that was in my account and it has cost me to be late on my car note and insurance and now I'm in jeopardy of losing my home from this obscure joke. now I'm receiving a email saying they are writing a check it wI'll take 7-14 days more I'm going to get a lawyer involved and proceed wit that direction because this makes no sense. it says the internal team made the decision. Now they are say it can take up to 90 das after i spoke to a ************* I disputed the unusual activity charges adding up to a total of *******.

    My mother, ***** ****, purchased a One reloadable debit card product at the ********** ******** she spent $500, and is a disabled senior on widows benefits so she receives very little money. She tried to use the card, and it wasnt activated despite it saying it was activated on the ******* receipt. ******* refused to help her, so she spent HOURS (to no avail) trying to get OneFinance to help her. I also spent hours trying to get OneFinance to assist. We couldnt get their website to recognize the card info or let us activate it, and cannot add the card to the One Wallet. The phone support was dreadful, so we tried chat. Chat told me to go to a specific URL (***********************) to activate the card, but that URL redirects me to the same activation page I had tried before and didnt work. I was told to clear browser cache, but I tried on 3 other devices with the exact same outcome. In less than a minute, the chat rep ******** said it had been several minutes since I responded and immediately ended the chat. Another **** ****, did the same to my mom. This is a terrible product with terrible customer service, and ******************** has literally stolen hundreds of dollars from an unhoused elder woman with no extra money in her budget, and no way to get a refund at the retailer or from OneFinance. This needs to be remedied ASAP and is completely unacceptable.

    One has flagged transactions on regular purchases that *** made and canceled my card without my permission.When someone stole my card number and ordered food in *****, One argued with me about providing proof that I didnt make the transaction and took 30 days to refund me the money.I canceled my card, changed my password AGAIN and closed my account and during that time I received several notifications of people trying to use my account for online purchases. They were declined, but they were using the numbers for a card that I had never used, so the only way they would have that information was if they were hacking One ************* does NOT protect customer data AT ALL. My account has been hacked several times.When I closed my account they said it would take 90 days. **************************************************************** I tell them to close my account and delete all of my information. They say oh thats not the same as closing an account. Thats going to take some time how much time? 2-3 business days. One week later it is STILL there!! They keep making excuses! I just want it deleted!!! Im sick of the argument. It doesnt take time. It takes a few clicks. But for some reason their customer service people cant do it, their supervisors cant do itI cant fathom how deleting an account can take several processes. One is a scam. They are holding on to my information with an iron grip and passing it out to any scammer with an interest. They should be put out of business.

    I had a fraudulent transaction on my account. I called my One card and was informed they cant do anything to stop it because its in the pending stage. They said to call them back in a week to see if the transaction went through! I dont want it to go through!!!! That was the whole point of calling them!!!! I got nowhere with them. The customer service is terrible. This happened on February 23rd,2025 and I called them today,February *******.

    My brother **** ***** has a one debit card he was in the hospital and had forgot his pin number we called in early December of last year they asked for phone number and email address we gave that plus informed them **** had a new phone number and a new email they asked for a photo id went did that no response this has been ongoing they have froze his account and won't issue a new pin number and won't refund his money that he has on card

    January 7 2025 i had repair done to my car & when repair was done i continue to swipe my One card (got paid 1/2/2025) & it was declined due to card reader machine being broke so I went to a near by ATM to to retrieve the $400 for my car repair, total $410.22 ( had $15 cash on me) pay the merchant in cash & the next day 1/8/2025 I get a notification from One saying $220.50 was draft from my account. I seen it was from Citgo (pending) so I eliminated file a dispute. I was told by a One agent at my money will be back in my account 1/15/2025, 7 days later I get a email stating my dispute was resolved in citgo repair favor. Huh

    I put money in my savings account for two different months and amount of $300 I have not got that back they have savings backup on there and you cannot get that off and they keep your money they will not let me turn it off I've tried four different times to get them to turn it off and they refuse they keep coming up with every excuse under the sun while they can't do it please do something I'm tired of these Banks being able to just bend you over and f*** you in the a** sorry

    12/19/2024 I purchased a one debit prepaid card from ******* and loaded money on it to pay a bill. I'll try to activate the card it took me into an account page but the funds weren't showing up so I called customer service and they told me to try and reactivate the card under a different phone number in different email while I was on the phone with them I did this, and it told me that the card was already activated on another account. Which is the original phone number in email that I used but the forms weren't showing up even though it said the funds were transferred to that account so I called customer service back and they told me that I have to dispute this and they won't refund my money and it will take 90 days for them to make a decision.
